Cocorico Da Nang Beach Hotel

The location is superb, just few meters away from the beach, lots of eateries, clean and spacious room,

It's the second time I stayed in this hotel, good value, great location, very affordable place to stay in Danang.

The location is perfect and over looking at the beach...its difficult to find the locarion because its inside of the restaurant.

Although the best thing about the hotel is the location, but it's also good in other aspects. It's clean and convenient. There's an exchange service which makes the trip easier.

The location is very convenient. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants around the hotel. Walking distance to the beach. If you book this hotel it’s important to know that the RECEPTION IS ON THE 7th FLOOR. They offer cleaning service. The room is actually clean and spacious

Great quality price ratio and perfect location. Some things are quite old but I had a wonderful stay overall.

Unfortunately staying at this hotel was not a pleasant experience for a number of reasons. 1. Non Smoking policy not enforced. 2. Missing items from room on 2 occasions 3. Overcharge for water. 1. This hotel has some floors as Non Smoking and others as smoking in common areas and hallways but not in the room. Well on a number of days i could smell cigarette smoke in my bathroom. I was told the maid could spray something. I said it is coming through the vent in the bathroom and for them to check which room has someone smoking in the room which is not allowed on any floor. I ran the exhaust fan to get the smell and cancerous smoke out. 2. I have some plastic bags which i place a pair of shoes on which keeps the floor clean and I put the shoes in these bags before putting them in my suitcase. After a couple of days they were gone. I let it go but then a couple of days later the right and left cover for my contact lens case which is kept in the bathroom disappeared. I went to reception and reported the missing plastic shoe bags and now the missing contact lens caps. I and a staff member went to my room and met 2 of the housekeeping staff. They claim they did not throw or take anything. I told the staff member I had an extra contact lens case to use. She said she would check the garbage. I said if found not usable. 3. The have a mini bar which has small bottles of aquafina water for 10,000 vnd. In the refrigerator 2 large plastic bottles of free water. After a couple of days I did not get any free large bottles of free water. Went to the front desk and told a staff member who went to a storage room and gave me 3 small bottles of aquafina water. I assumed they had run out of the large free bottles. After that housekeeping only left small aquafina bottles. When I went to check out I asked to speak to a manager. The did not get me anyone else to speak to. I went over the smoking issue and showed them 2 photos of cigarette butts near the elevator on my floor which is supposed to be non smoking. They told me they would speak to Chinese people staying on my floor. I told them they could check their security cameras to see who smashed the cigarette butts on the floor near the elevator. They had housekeeping check my room and said OK but that I owed they 50,000 vnd for water. I went over the water story I mentioned above and said why did staff give me mini bar water instead of the large free bottles. I got no answer all they could do is keep repeating I owe them 50,000 vnd. I paid the 50,000 vnd. In spite of all the issues not a sorry or thank you for statyng here or because of all the problems you don't have to pay 50,000 vnd. Their attitude was very dismissive. The girl who was to investigate the missing contact lens case cover was there and said she could not find them. Overall very dissatisfied with my stay there!!!!!
