Courtyard by Marriott Danang Han River

Warm hospitality and helpful front desk and housekeeping staff. I like that they remove their shoes before entering the room. I had booked a riverview room hoping to see the dragon bridge from the window, but unfortunately they gave me a room facing the other side instead. Nonetheless, it led to the discovery that you can see the dragon bridge and the fire/ water show from the rooftop. You can also see it from the gym.

We had a very pleasant stay at Courtyard by Marriott. The hotel is very new, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We especially appreciated having a water dispenser in the room, which was a really convenient and thoughtful touch and definitely a big plus for us. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and massage places nearby, making it very convenient to explore the area. The breakfast was also delicious with a good selection of food. During our stay, one of my friends was unfortunately trapped in the elevator. The hotel staff responded very quickly and took immediate action to resolve the situation. We truly appreciated their prompt response and could also feel their sincerity in handling the incident. We also had a small issue with the sink not draining properly, but after informing the hotel, they quickly sent someone to fix it. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is comfortable, conveniently located, and the staff are responsive whenever assistance is needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
