I stayed on a women-only floor, which was very friendly. The common facilities were clean, and the location is close to Han Market, though a bit far from the beach.

Overall, I'd still come back here on my next trip to Da Nang. The staff's service is truly excellent; even the housekeepers speak a bit of English. Pretty much every employee smiles or greets guests, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. I arrived early on check-in day and waited downstairs for a bit, and the girl at the front desk with glasses even brought me a drink. The rooftop pool has great views and is kept very clean, and it's usually not crowded. The only downside is that the room's hygiene was quite poor. When I arrived, the sheets weren't smooth and had a lot, and I mean a *lot*, of hair on them (you can see it in pic 6). There was even a pile of trash in the dead corner between the two beds that hadn't been cleaned.

The hostel itself was good, but the lockers in the hotel had been forced open. The hotel staff and cleaners were very dishonest, constantly rummaging through things. During my stay, my bag was secured with two locks, yet it was still pried open, and a lot of money and items were stolen. One of the locks was also taken. When I asked for help reporting it to the police, they just kept delaying for three hours with no results, and there was no follow-up, nor could I view any surveillance footage. So, I advise everyone coming here to stay in a better hotel, or simply avoid this country altogether, as it doesn't feel very safe. Be careful, or you might get everything stolen, down to your underwear!

To anyone reading this review, you HAVE to stay here! This is hands down the best hostel in Vietnam. 1. **Location:** Super convenient, only a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. 2. **Lobby & Service:** The lobby is elegant and comfortable with plenty of seating for guests to relax or order. The lady with glasses at the front desk and the night-shift guy are both incredibly friendly and enthusiastic! Their sweet smiles truly brightened my trip. The self-service breakfast is 120k and absolutely delicious – highly recommend adding it on! They have a great variety, including freshly cooked items. 3. **Rooms:** The rooms are huge and spacious, easily fitting a 20-inch suitcase! And this hostel actually has windows! You can see lush green plants outside. 4. **Bathrooms:** Very clean with bright windows! Plus, they have separate showering areas for women, which is amazing value for money. 5. **Pool:** There's even a pool! And the views are fantastic, you can see high-rise buildings and cityscapes. For 55 RMB (about $8 USD), what more could you ask for?!? I can't praise it enough, I really can't! This is a genuine review – come and stay, you won't regret it! You can literally take great photos just being at the hotel! I hope the owner doesn't raise the prices; I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Da Nang!
