Sujet Beach Hotel Danang Haviland completely exceeded my expectations. The entire hotel is super clean, beautifully designed, and feels fresh and welcoming. What really sets this place apart is the incredible team. A huge thank you to Khanh, Hung, Quan, Nia, Truyen, Duyen, Phuong, and Sam! The service was exceptional across the board—from the super helpful front desk staff to the friendly security team, everyone went out of their way to make sure I had a fantastic stay. The facilities are fantastic as well:  Pool: Huge, spacious, and perfect for early morning swims or late-night dips, thanks to the generous opening hours.  Lobby & Workspace: The lobby is beautiful with tons of coworking space, making it super easy to stay productive.  Fitness: They even have a dedicated workout room equipped with quality weights and machines. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be back. Thank you again to the amazing team!

This was probably the dirtiest hostel I stayed in during my month-long trip through Vietnam. It looked as if it had never been cleaned. The floors were filthy—covered in hair and sand. The sinks were constantly flooded with water. The room was just as dirty and had a damp, sour smell that permeated all my belongings. The towel I paid a deposit for, had a smell that someone else had already used it, so I had to use my own. The reception staff couldn't help with anything—renting a motorbike, booking a bus, exchange money - no any information.

The rooms and hotel are quite old, and Trip.com says that it was open in 2025, so maybe that's true, but the building feels like it is from 2015

Huge suite room. Very spacious. Bath, shower, bedroom, lounge. Dated but ok. One of the ac needed maintenance. Shower hot cold adjustment also needed fixing. Staff all very nice especially reception. And now the bad.... Pool. Crazy chemical balance, which varies and can sting, especially if you have sunburn or cuts etc. The edge of the pool is covered in dirt from years of people's hands. Needs a big clean. Plants drop into the pool every few seconds so a losing battle on cleaning. Breakfast Zero ac. Out in the heat. Spread of average food with an egg station. Coffee is always cold. Many guests asking for their cup to be put in the microwave. Even at the cheapish price not worth it for the deal breaker coffee. Hostel. If you're a hostel user it's awesome. If you're on a family vacation in an upscale room you won't enjoy young backpacker types sharing the facilities. Location 20 mins walk to the beach is extremely optimistic and in the baking heat it ain't gonna happen. There is a nice mall not far away tho.

Really nice breakfast buffet with eggs and bacon every single day. Also perfect for solo travellers who need to work as they have lots of shared spaces.

Good stay and quietly clean. Staff was really competent and helpful. The city have some spots where u have to been.
