Zen Lotus Hotel & Apartment

I stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks in a family apartment. Overall, the hotel doesn't quite deserve its four-star rating; it's more like a solid three-star. The main advantage is its location: right in the heart of Da Nang, close to the beach and all amenities. Housekeeping is daily, towels are changed regularly, water is replenished, and bed linen is changed approximately every five days. However, the cleaning quality is average; the floors aren't mopped very thoroughly. Breakfasts are quite modest and repetitive. If a good location and a reasonable price are important to you, this hotel is worth considering, especially for families. But if you're expecting four-star service, it's probably better to look elsewhere.

Good service, they helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. You can pick up towels for the beach or pool downstairs if needed. Convenient location. The windows don't face a noisy street, so it's pretty quiet. A good hotel for a family vacation.

Wonderful hotel, very clean. Everything is new and the location is great. The sea and cafes are nearby. Service is 100% perfect. We'll be back again!

It was okay, but the room was a bit smaller than it appeared in the pictures. The staff were friendly and nice.

The Anton area is popular with European travelers and long-term residents. It can be quite noisy due to the sports bars and live music venues, especially during the World Cup, as you can hear cheering until the morning. For me, it was fine because I was looking for something close to the beach with good street food stalls and bars. The hotel breakfast is basic, but for around 7000 yen, it's acceptable. Other hotels have massage parlors operating in their lobbies, but this one has an open bar right at the entrance.
