We stayed at Lavender Riverside Hotel for a week, and it truly felt like a home away from home. 💕 The location is peaceful and relaxing, right by the river — perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring Da Nang. The staff were absolutely amazing — so nice, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. A huge thank you to Sala, Bao, Thuan, Duyen, Mi, Hanh, and Thao for making our trip unforgettable! 🥰 You always greeted us with warm smiles, helped us whenever we needed, and made us feel genuinely cared for. Our room was cleaned every single day, and we truly appreciated the effort to keep everything neat and comfortable. The free breakfast was also delicious, with a nice variety that we looked forward to each morning. ☕🍳 What impressed us most is that the hotel is very affordable, yet the service they provide is truly outstanding — far beyond our expectations! My husband and I were both so touched by the warmth and hospitality of everyone here. 💖 We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang. Service was very good. They took the initiative to take your luggage once you got down from your taxi. Location slightly out of the center of the downtown, so you might need a taxi to move around.

The room is spacious, they provided us water and coffee. They also have buffet style breakfast. All in all good.

The lady at the reception was very kind to help us book train tickets from Da Nang to Hue. Picture shows view from the room. Hotel a bit dated, breakfast is ok.

Big room and friendly staff. A bit off from the busy touristy roads, have to take a taxi or rental bile to go to intersting areas

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The staff were very nice, friendly, and always willing to help. The location is quite strategic—convenient for getting around and easy to call a Grab anytime. Breakfast was included and had a decent variety to start the day. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Would definitely consider staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were kind and helpful, especially Bao, Mi, and Sala — they went above and beyond to assist us and provide great information. The restaurant staff at breakfast were also very sweet and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend. 😊

The hotel is very convenient and the reception staff like Ms, Saya and Ms, My Duyen are very accommodating for the concerns and requests duting our stay.

There are room to improve .. Aircon English menu on each dish so that people can choose what they can eat Especially dietary restrictions

Very convenient for all the attractions and airport also.  The room is very spacious and clean and also nice city view.  The breakfast was excellent and good number of varieties available.  The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.  I strongly recommend everyone visiting Danang should stay here.  By the way hotel reception arrange vehicle with very good price.

Thanks to Ms Sala and the nice guy at the front office who shares us a big bottle of water, we really enjoy our stay in thIs hotel. best service and hospitality. We will surely choose this hotel in our next visit to Danang.
