Wyndham Danang Golden Bay

The room was very nice for my family with four adults. The two-bedroom corner suite was very comfortable with a perfect view. The breakfast has a variety of food choices and was very fresh. The reception staff were very accommodating and helpful and could speak English which made it easier to communicate. Grab taxis were easily available from this location. One. area where there could be some improvement is in the restaurant during the buffet breakfast. It is understandable that staff need to clean up at the given time when the buffet ends. The restaurant does give a tolerance of about 30 minutes for guests to finish their breakfast, for food they have already taken before the closure time. However, staff can be more polite by not hovering near the guests putting pressure on them to eat quickly or pulling the plates before the guests have finished what's on their plates. To help restaurant staff as not coming across as a bit impolite and for guests to have a clear idea of the time they should vacate the restaurant, the hotel can put up a sign at the restaurant that states for example: "Breakfast timing 7:00 - 10:00 am" "All guests should vacate the restaurant by 10:15 am" Then at 10:15am staff can start cleaning the restaurant instead of pulling plates, sweeping and mopping when guests are still in the restaurant. OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL!

This place gets very busy when big tourist groups come to check in at the same time. The location is convenient and we were upgraded to a Bay View room which was good. The service can definitely get better.

Its a five star experience, from room to amenities, however the location is far off from any activity and can be little inconvenient, however the views are magnificent.

The hotel is a little far from the city centre, but it makes up for that with great amenities. There’s a lovely swimming pool, mini casino, Ktv bar and an extensive spa facility. The view of Han River is exceptional. Getting around is easy, most Grab cars wait around the hotel. Improvements: Booking trips with the concierge is terribly expensive. Our trip to Ba na hills cost us half of what the hotel charged. The shuttle service is a great bonus but the schedule is a little inconvenient for a lot of activities. For example, you can only leave for the beach at 7:30 or 15:00, nothing in between.

I enjoyed the clean and beautiful room & toilet. The infinity pool was impressive as it was on the 29th floor overlooking the bay. I also appreciate the minimart in the hotel which was open till 2am. Thank you
