The facade is nice, but the room had no window and a bad smell. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and outdated. Overall, it wasn't great. Be careful when looking at the photos the hotel posts on sites like Booking, Agoda, etc. Sorry, I forgot to take pictures.

It was a great hotel. Pity did not stay there from the very beginning. Everything was clean, there was breakfast everyday 6-9AM, it is close to the airport, walking distance to many notable spots, like Dragon Bridge. The staff was polite and nice. And bath tub! A jewel.

Breakfast is served buffet-style. There was a good variety, and I enjoyed trying some Vietnamese dishes I hadn't had before. You can order complimentary noodle dishes from a small window in the kitchen. On our first night, we had a vermicelli-like noodle dish, and on the second night, it was more like udon. We stayed for two nights, and the menu changed slightly each day. The yogurt was also delicious; squeezing lime into it gave it a taste similar to lemon yogurt, which I really enjoyed. The only disappointment was that I chose this hotel because I thought there would be a washing machine in the room, but there wasn't. When I checked with the front desk, they said washing machines are only available in the 8-person rooms. So, even if it says there's a washing machine when you book this hotel, please be aware that there isn't one in the standard rooms. Laundry service cost 50,000 dong, and clothes were ready by lunchtime if dropped off in the morning.

So great room and friendly staff. Good position, near Airport.

The centralised air conditioner did not seem to work sometimes, even after restarting and waiting for quite long. So we just use the fan provided. Also there is pretty bad moulding in the bathroom. Did not bother complaining to the front desk because we were staying for less than 24 hours.

Close to the airport is the reason I chose this hotel around 20 minutes walk .It include breakfast which is another reason I stay in this hotel breakfast include fried rice & congee & bread etc.If your getting off the airport it's not a bad choice

Seriously, folks, it's a dead window! The room was stuffy and had an odd smell. Honestly, it's no different from a domestic guesthouse. Plus, there's nothing to eat nearby. That's all.

Room was clean, dry, no mold. The young man at Reception who speaks very good English, is an absolute asset for the hotel. He is so attentive and caring , I was impressed with the high level of customer service and help he has provided to me when he saw I have a knee problem. Congratulations for having such a top employee in the team !

I am happy with the stay and service, reasonable price, friendly staff and clean place. Close to the river, bridges, shops and restaurants. Good for a walk around.

Good location. And convenient check in and check out. As stayed for 1 night as it was near the airport.

We arrived at 2am which was no problem checking in, quick and room was big. Great location for airport.

I have no good sleep due to malfunctioned aircon Though they fix it right away after i cal and report otl the hotel lobby Hotel workers all good They allow us to have a late check-out for an hour
