Grand Tourane Hotel Da Nang

The international breakfast selection prepared by the hotel staff was outstanding; great selection, fresh and delightful. The staff was also very attentive and provided top notch service. The location of the hotel across from My Khe beach was a certain highlight of the hotel. And with cafes, mini markets and all kinds of cuisine made for an outstanding experience.

The stay started off pretty good . It did not go well . First they would not stay out of my room . They do not disturb light was on , and they would come in anytime!!! They treated me like I was going to rob them of their towels , silverware. We met a nice couple at the pool that we hung out with a few times . On the day of their checkout, the reception desk called my room looking for them . Like they were watching us !!! Super creepy!!! Then on the night before my checkout the reception desk called to tell me my bill was wrong , at 9:00pm !!! I told them we would figure it out in the morning. The manager met me at the desk at checkout. He said they over charged me on my room service. He could not credit me on the spot , so he said it takes a few days . I’ll never get that money back !!! Last before I could checkout the housekeeper checked our room . She reported there were two spoons missing!!! I stayed there two weeks !!! I had room service every day!! REALLY !!! TWO SPOONS !!! I left . Also some kid **** in the pool , and they did nothing about it . Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !! Far from a 5 star hotel !!!

I had a very pleasant stay at Grand Tourane Hotel Da Nang. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is also a big plus—close to the city center, with plenty of food and drink options nearby, so it’s very convenient for exploring Da Nang. One small thing to note is the shower setup—it’s positioned quite high, so even at around 1.75m, I found it more comfortable to hold the shower head while using it. The breakfast selection is fairly standard—not outstanding, but still decent and perfectly acceptable to start the day. Since the hotel is located along a main road, you may hear some traffic noise, especially from cars and trucks honking early in the morning. Light sleepers might want to keep this in mind. Overall, it’s a great stay with good value, especially considering the comfort of the rooms and the convenient location.

One of the best hotels in Da Nang. The place is clean, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast has variety of options. Highly recommended for all.

The hotel location 10/10, the room view 10/10, the staff are friendly and helpful, only the buffet needs more options than pork, almost 70-80% of it is pork, needs to add more chicken/beef options for those who don’t eat pork.. Anything else is perfect, and hotel is a good mix between city live and beach.
