YOU'RE TOP NOTCH FIVITEL HOTEL. FOR 7 NIGHTS THAT WE STAYED IN THIS HOTEL IS GREAT. ALL THE STAFF ARE VERY KIND AND ACCOMMODATING. THE CLEANERS ARE ALSO VERY HELPFUL THEY COME EVERYDAY TO TIDY UP OUR ROOM, AND ONE THING I LIKE THE MOST IS THE BREAKFAST, LOTS OF FOOD TO CHOOSE FROM AND SO YUMMY. The location was fantastic! I really enjoyed using the pool and massage services. My only minor complaint is that the bathroom felt a bit old. However, the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. I'd definitely love to go back again. A special thanks to Cindy at the front desk for packing us a lunchbox instead of breakfast, which we enjoyed at the airport.

Stayed for 5D4N. Both the room and toilet is spacious. Toilet comes with bathtub, and there is bidet. Water pressure is strong, hot water is consistent, aircon is working well. Housekeeping is great, can really feel they clean the floor and pack things nicely. The breakfast everyday is also different so even though we stayed for many days, we did not get bored of the food. And the chefs are constantly doing rounds to ensure the food are well replenished. Staffs are also diligently doing rounds to keep your plates. Front desk staffs are very friendly and very happy to give many recommendations on places to go when we asked them. Bell boy also makes the effort to open the door for us everytime whenever he's available. Location of the hotel is great. There are many shops selling coffee nearby, many eateries (even michelin selected ones) walking to Han Market takes around 10mins, dragon bridge probably 15mins. A ride from the airport cost us 70k dong. A ride to vincom plaza where winmart is located cost us 29k dong. Same price as grabbing to GO! supermarket. Ride to bana hill costed 320k dong while the ride back costed 263k dong (price difference likely due to peak hour?) All in all for the price point, location, staff service, breakfast and spacious room, i will recommend people to choose this hotel. Will also be choosing this hotel again should i be back to Danang. The room was spacious and very comfortable, easily accommodating three people. Breakfast was also good. The location is very close to Dragon Bridge, which makes getting around super convenient.

The stuff are friendly. The mattress and pillow are comfortable. They provide variety of breakfast in every morning. The location is great.

Considering the price of £139 for 3 nights in a family room including breakfast for two, we have both been extremely impressed by our stay here. Staff are very courteous, very attentive (but not overpowering) and proactive in ensuring our comfort and well-being. Breakfast is enjoyable, with a wide choice and it was great that I could order poached eggs too!! Our flight is not until 11pm. We might have paid for late checkout had the family rooms not been fully booked. However, we were delighted that we could come back for a shower on the 18th floor in the early evening before heading to the airport. Location is good, with Dragon Bridge just a couple of streets away. Several foot massage spas are just 5 minutes walk away, as well as a spa in the hotel too. We did a couple of excursions with affiliated drivers; all fine, and of course taxi availability is great for getting about. An hotel we enjoyed and recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in Fivitel Boutique Da Nang Hotel. The hotel is near to a number of tourists attractions, spas and restaurants. The staff are also very friendly. The buffet breakfast is very nice too.

The location is very convenient for getting around, with Han Market only about a 15-minute walk away. Despite being close to major tourist attractions, the surrounding area was surprisingly less crowded compared to Han Market itself, which we appreciated. One issue we encountered was with the bathroom design. The partition between the shower and toilet area is quite low, so water easily leaks out of the shower cubicle and makes the toilet area very wet. The staff were generally very friendly. However, there was one incident on our check-out day that left us feeling a little disappointed for a four-star hotel. While waiting for the lift to go down to the lobby around 8.45am, we had to wait through multiple rounds because staff were using the guest lifts to transport items. As this was close to peak check-out hours, it would have been better if there was a separate service lift or if such tasks were scheduled outside of busy guest timings. We were fortunate that our flight was at 12pm and we were not in a rush, but this situation could be frustrating for guests who are pressed for time. Sound insulation could also be improved, as we could hear noises coming from neighbouring rooms, the lobby, and outside the window. On a few occasions late at night, there was also faint humming-like noise that we could hear intermittently, which made the room feel less quiet than expected. Overall, the stay was still very pleasant. The bellboy was especially helpful, assisting us with our luggage immediately upon arrival and again when we were leaving. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

Great experience while we stayed here, Ivy the manager was being very kind and helpful. Every staff members are very professional and with great smile all the time. The cleanliness was spotless. Only 2 down side is the water pressure of shower was not strong (9F) and we can hear people talking in the corridor when it’s very late. Besides those 2 down side, I enjoy every second staying in the hotel.
