The receptionists were so nice, helpful, quick when i needed srervices, breakfast was good, everything was in place. The only downside was that there were no near convinient store... But i could walk to the Sun Wheel or to the Dragon Bridge! Recommand this place!

조식 큰 기대 안 했는데 종류는 많지 않지만 특히 쌀국수와 죽이 입맛에 맞았습니다~ 직원들 친절하고 8충 투숙 했는데 배수,냉방,침구류 문제점 하나도 없었어요^^ 위치는 롯데마트 가까워 좋구 공항까지 셔틀 있어서 편리 했어요~

The hot water in the shower gets cold after about 10 minutes. Waiting time for elevators is very long during busy times. Everything other than the above is good enough.

Nếu để chọn một khách sạn số 1 trong việc đùn đẩy trách nhiệm khi hỗ trợ khách hàng thì Minh Toàn là sự lựa chọn hoàn hảo cho bạn. 1 sao vì thái độ nhân viên quá kém. Nếu phải nhận lỗi. Nên nhận lỗi đầu tiên ở ban giám đốc. Sau đó lỗi phòng nhân sự. Đã không Training kỹ, quán triệt cho nhân viên về thái độ phục vụ khách hàng.

Tôi đã có một trải nghiệm không tốt tại khách sạn trong thời gian công tác ở đây. Phòng có chăn ga vỏ gối dính xanh đã cũ và khách sạn nói là do tôi làm, yêu cầu bồi thường với mức giá trên 2tr. Tôi thấy cách xử lý và giao tiếp của khách sạn cần xem lại.

Ngày 18.6 mình có làm tiệc cưới và lưu trú tại đây. N*** lúc đậu xe vào mình đã nhận được thái độ khó chịu của nhân viên an ninh. Từ lúc đó đến khi hết tiệc, nhân viên an ninh vẫn cực kỳ mất dạy. Không có sự hỗ trợ hay chỉ dẫn khách hàng, luôn thể hiện thái độ khó nghe kèm theo xua đuổi. Lúc đặt tiệc mình luôn nhận được sự gọi là tiêu chuẩn 4 sao, kèm theo luôn hỗ trợ hết mình. Nhưng suốt 1 ngày hôm đó cái mình nhận được là thái độ thờ ơ của từng bộ phận khác nhau ở nhà hàng lẫn khách sạn. Nhân viên kỹ thuật khi mình nhờ hỗ trợ dây điện thì liên tục nhăn nhó.Sau khi tiệc xong gia đình mình đã cam kết như lúc đầu là sẽ dọn các đồ đã decor trong nhà hàng. Khi đang dọn gia đình mình sử dụng thang máy để đưa đồ xuống, thì liên tục bị các nv làm khó dễ. Người thì bắt đi bộ , người thì bắt đi thang máy vì sợ làm nhớp các sảnh bên dưới . Mình đã đợi bên KS liên hệ để giải quyết. Nhưng suốt 3 ngày qua, cái mình nhận được là không một cuộc gọi nào từ các cấp giám đốc của ks.
