Hilton Da Nang

Very good location, the pool was suitable for families, kids and adults. Staff was nice and service was good. Strong shower pressure.

We stayed at this Hilton as a family of three — my husband, our son, and me — during our trip around Vietnam. Our booking stated that the family room had two queen-size beds, but after check-in we found that the beds were only about 1.30 m wide, which was quite uncomfortable for us. We explained the situation to the hotel staff, and they were very understanding and kindly provided an extra folding bed for our son free of charge. It made our night much more comfortable, and we are very grateful for this excellent level of customer service! The view from our room was wonderful — we could see the river, the sea, and the huge Lady Buddha statue at the same time. The mattresses and pillows were very soft and comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep before continuing our journey. The only issue was the bathroom floor, which became extremely slippery when wet. There was a warning sign on the wall, but it was still difficult and unsafe to walk on, and I slipped several times. I hope the hotel management will consider adding non-slip rubber mats or another solution to make the bathroom safer. Apart from this, everything was wonderful, and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the hotel team for taking such good care of us!

Bed and pillow is soft yet gives good support, thus good sleep. Good breakfast and vice river view.
