Grandvrio City Danang by Route Inn Group

Everything was great and we had a really good time overall. The staff were very helpful, polite, and welcoming throughout our stay. They were quick to assist us whenever we needed something. The only issue we experienced was that our room had a strong cigarette smell. It was quite noticeable and uncomfortable. The hotel does have a strict no-smoking policy, and they seem very clear and upfront about this rule, so I believe this may have been caused by a previous guest who didn’t follow the policy. To their credit, the staff brought us a humidifier with essential oil, which helped a little, but the cigarette smell was still present. Aside from this issue, everything else was pleasant and enjoyable.

Honestly the rooms are quite dated in need of new paint and carpets, the bed was nice and comfortable. Staff were very polite and obliging. Decent breakfast. Best thing for me was the free Japanese bath house (onsen). You really don't get that anywhere in Vietnam. It was a wonderful way to relax at the end of the day.

Perfect location, surrounded by beauty spas, salons, and restaurants. Hotel staff are very friendly and nice. I enjoyed the Vietnamese massage at the hotel.

Corridor carpets not clean and hotel is away from the city. Apart the crew was very helpful.

The air conditioner was too noisy when it was working. I couldn't sleep well for two nights.

Great facilities, clean and nice onsen.

I appreciate their hospitality and kindness. Overall it’s perfect except Japanese bathe closure time. I wish it opens till 11pm.
