Great location, everything you need is nearby. Friendly staff. There are drinks and Banh Mi right outside the hotel.

The hosts were really kind, and the rooms are nice too. Location is very close to the beach and to many restaurants and bars.

Since July 24, 2022, when the pandemic was winding down, I've stayed at this hotel countless times. However, from now on, when I visit Da Nang, Vietnam, I'll be looking for other hotels that offer better value for money and facilities. Here's why: 1. When I first stayed here, the hotel was empty. The owner and I became closer than just guest and proprietor – we even discussed going into business together. 2. The owner lived and worked in Korea for nine years, so he speaks a little Korean, which I appreciated. 3. Because of our friendship, I frequented this hotel often. As a traveler, I received a lot of help overall. 4. Once the business picked up, the owner's attitude towards me (a guest) became disrespectful. Reason: He scolded me in front of the cleaning staff for a small stain on the bedspread and pillowcase, caused by hair dye, implying it was my fault. (I understood these things are handled by the laundry factory). Over time, I noticed something else. 5. I felt that the owner didn't see me as a genuine foreign friend but rather as just another customer. (I even bought him gifts, but Vietnamese people don't seem to express gratitude – is it a cultural difference?!). He seemed to weigh the value of the gifts, regardless of whether they were given from the heart. 6. Conclusion: I've been traveling in Vietnam since July 2024. My thoughts on Vietnamese people: Pros: Always cheerful and relaxed, hard-working, strong unity within family-oriented structures. Cons: Often vain, prone to betrayal, and their level of thinking is a notch below Koreans. *My personal opinion is that you should definitely keep relationships with Vietnamese people at a travel level; don't think of them as anything more than friends. * *Having traveled in Vietnam for five years, if I were to score Vietnamese people, there's more negativity than positivity. They see Koreans as walking ATMs.. haha.

The location is great, close to the beach. However, the room still had a noticeable new paint smell.

I had a bad experience staying this hotel Due to owner living in same building Stayed 3 nights After 2 nights i had to move to another room because bad was so hard i requested to change the rooms which they did But 1 hour later owner bang my room and saying that i broke toilet seat lid which i dosent know about Ask me to pay him cash because he replaced already So i went to room one that i’m staying currently Took a photo incase he will replace again and charge Although every thing was old and he is just taking scam on people who is visiting the hotel Just ruin my holiday Do not go there!!

The hotel leaves much to be desired! The now-favorite Vietnamese story with the variable early check-in fee—apparently that's the norm here! I'll show you in the photos why the stars were taken off, but overall, it's a decent option for a couple of nights. There were ants everywhere in the room; I took some home in my backpack 🤦🏻♀️

The bed cover had a lot of stains and a lot of hair. It was uncomfortable to sleep on.
