Overall, this hotel offers good value and some nice amenities. The room was spacious for the price, and the large window provided great natural light during the day. The free sauna and spa on the second floor, along with the complimentary foot bath, were a big plus—the sauna is small but gets very hot (around 80°C). The rooftop infinity pool is also a highlight with great views.
The staff deserves recognition. When I needed help heating leftovers and there was no microwave in the room, Zoe at the front desk initially let me know they don’t have microwaves. Shortly after, Tommy stepped in and went above and beyond by taking my food to the restaurant, heating it, and even plating it nicely before returning it to my room. Tommy’s service was outstanding and really stood out.
There were a few downsides. The room lighting at night wasn’t great, and the window has a strange film that makes the outside view blurry. The room phone wasn’t functional, so I had to go downstairs to reach the front desk. The $500,000 cash deposit was unexpected, and the “gym” is very limited—don’t stay here just for a workout.
The shower had low water pressure, the restaurant felt uncomfortably hot in the mornings, and the breakfast buffet lacked variety, though the omelet station was a nice touch.
Overall, a comfortable stay with good space, great sauna amenities, and standout service—but with a few areas that could use improvement.
