HExcellent service! The staff are well-trained, friendly, and always smiling. I accidentally left my phone in a Grab taxi, and the staff helped coordinate and get it back for me. Every staff member seemed very attentive — helping with our luggage throughout check-in, check-out, and even loading it onto the cable car.
We stayed in Room 8215. The room was a bit small, and some amenities were not provided in the room, including an iron, which we had to request from the counter. There was also no staff stationed permanently at the lobby of our building. Unfortunately, body lotion was not included in the room amenities. The room had a heater as well.
Breakfast is not served in the building where we stayed, so we had to walk to the main check-in building for breakfast. The breakfast selection was quite good, with the option to make your own Banh Mi. There were plenty of staff in the breakfast area, and they were attentive and helpful.
If you are planning to visit Ba Na Hills, I recommend staying here for one night.

Hotel was cleaned. Buffet breakfast was excellent, choice for dinner limited.
Services like to place workers at places of interesting is essential as signboard was not sufficient and the lighting at night was dim especially when in heavy fog. It is visitor safety and not to get lost. The convenient shop selling item is not much choice. Overall is a decent place to stay.
The Brew House is outstanding. Recommended.

As a regular Accor / Mercure hotel user I was excited at the prospect of the hotel. It’s billed as a 4* hotel and costs a small fortune (especially compared to the average cost of good hotels in Vietnam).
Checkin was sheer madness… very large queues and probably close to 100 people in reception at the same time time.
The room was small, run down, damp and in a poor state of repair with poor sound insulation (both from outside and from the corridor)
Breakfast was a Zoo… think school dinners at Hogworts !
Food was plentiful (once you could actually get to it) but quality was not 4* quality nor presentation.
I have stayed at lots of Mercure / Accor hotels and this is one of the most disappointing.

The room is beautiful, spacious and clean. Bed and sofa are comfortable. This hotel is a smart choice to explore Ba Na Hills without a rush. Breakfast hall is very large with a variety of choices. Better come early because it can be too crowded with tourists at 8:00-8:45 AM.

The staff were all kind & helpful. Check in process was quite smooth and easier. 30% off cable car for hotel guest and special lane. The room was comfortable. Breakfast selection good. Just that if you have different booking no with your family you might have stay at the different building but all the distance is less than 5 minutes.
