Breakfast is very good, i can recommend it. Rooftop with swimming pool offer greate view of the city. I had a room on 8 floor, which numerstion is diffrent thst on the image ( check photo attached ). Inside the room above the bed pillow there is little whole on low ceeling. First night i had feelign that rst when thru this tiny whoel and i felt bad air quality. I have video of this but i can not attache it. There was lots of dust on the window frame when i checked it. So i can recommend this hotel only for peope who willimg to clean dust themself. Double nn like sunny weather and construction nnext building

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Hospitality at Sunny Ocean Hotel, Da Nang! We had an amazing stay at Sunny Ocean Hotel in Da Nang. The biggest highlight of our experience was the outstanding service provided by the staff. A special thank you to Miss Sushi, Miss Kate, and the entire team for their genuine hospitality and kindness. The staff were always positive, calm, and professional. They listened carefully to every request before responding, ensuring they fully understood our needs. Their excellent English communication made everything easy, and they were always happy to recommend wonderful places to visit and great local restaurants, which helped us enjoy Da Nang even more. One of the most memorable moments of our stay was when they helped arrange a birthday surprise. While we were away from the hotel, they coordinated and arranged a beautiful birthday cake from an outside bakery, even though it was outside their normal working hours. When we returned, the surprise was perfectly prepared. Their willingness to go above and beyond to make our celebration special is something we will never forget. The hotel's location is excellent—just a short walk to My Khe Beach, with many restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shops nearby. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the spacious lobby created a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, Sunny Ocean Hotel offers outstanding hospitality, an excellent location, and a team that truly cares about its guests. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang. Thank you once again to Miss Sushi, Miss Kate, and the entire Sunny Ocean Hotel team for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to staying with you again!

Very good breakfast & good location Customer service also Mr Mateo is good service

I usually don’t write hotel reviews because I consider myself a fair and relaxed person but this is the first time I have come across a hotel that is clearly not in the star category it claims to be. The reception and front door staff were very friendly and were a highlight of my stay, as well as the rooftop swimming pool and location to the beach. The daily breakfast was also good value and worth it. However, there were several issues such as terrible WIFI (basically doesn’t work), a leaking shower to the point of flooding the floors and layers of dust in various parts of the room (something that should be clearly seen when cleaning). I was also disappointed in the noise throughout the night due to the sound leaking windows. It was quite difficult to get a good nights sleep. The gym is barely functional and needs improving if you are going to display that as a feature. If I had been asked how my stay was at the point of checking out, I would not have written this review but I was not asked. They were more interested in making sure I paid for the mini-bar and laundry service (which was supposed to be delivered to my room but wasn’t). The main point here is that this is not a 4 star hotel compared to others I have stayed in throughout Vietnam. It is 3 stars at best.

Excellent service, very friendly staff. Great location

We stayed at the Sunny Ocean Hotel in Da Nang for four nights. We initially booked a different hotel but were shocked at how dirty it was. We walked into this hotel, and immediately, the girl at reception was very helpful in making a booking for us. In a flash, she found two rooms. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bellboy was very kind and attended to moving our bags, fixing the air conditioning, and helping us reset the safe. Breakfast was nice. We enjoyed the swimming pool on the roof and loved the beautiful sunsets in the evenings. All the hotel staff members were friendly and welcoming. Overall, we enjoyed staying at this hotel—especially after our experience with the previous one.

Location is good easy too go anyway

Nice pool that we didn’t get to enjoy. Breakfast spread was quite luxurious! Room was extremely spacious, but expected more of a sea view as it was mostly obstructed by another building.

All the staff are friendly and helpful, especially counter staff and restaurant staff during breakfast. Room is simple and clean as well. Happy with the stay. Thanks

My room was spacious and inviting. Bed was super comfortable, shower always had plenty of hot water Staff is friendly & accommodating. Halley is wonderful. I will be back to visit again.
