The furniture is a bit worn out. Generally, it's clean and there are no unpleasant smells. However, the soundproofing is just terrible. At 7:30 AM, the neighbors started shouting and running from room to room. Also, there's renovation work going on at the hotel, and staff are constantly moving around. Despite having the 'do not disturb' sign on, they started knocking loudly at 9 AM. There was absolutely no sleep or peace to be had.

For its price, this hotel is very decent! The owners are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Yes, there are a few minor drawbacks (you can really hear everything happening in the hallway; the windows should be replaced as it would be drafty in cooler weather; breakfasts could use a little more variety), but I think these issues will be resolved. From what I understand, there's been a change of ownership and gradual renovations are planned.

Stayed for one night. I was shocked right from the moment I entered... the receptionist was wearing a wrinkled white shirt. My room was on the 8th floor. I have to say that neither the price nor the quality is satisfactory. It's not my first time in Vietnam, and this was the worst place I've stayed. Cleanliness 1/5, city view -5/5, as the view was of a garbage dump. Breakfast 1/5 (everything was stale, and the menu only had eggs and salad). There were holes in the doors of the room, so I could hear everything and everyone. There was a ventilation system directly above the bed, right over my head, covered in grime and dirt. I spent the whole night waiting for something to fall on me. The pillows were so worn out they felt like one big stone, so I had to sleep without one. Honestly, my room looked like a place rented out by the hour for various... activities.

Worst accommodation ever. The facilities were so old that the ceiling leaked twice during my stay, but I didn't receive any compensation. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this place. There are no restaurants nearby, only bars with hostesses.

Great value for money! Much better than the My Khe beach area. Pink Church, Dragon Bridge, and the market are all nearby, just a few dollars by taxi. The supermarkets and restaurants around here are also reasonably priced. I heard this is a 'Korean Village,' with lots of Korean businesses. The pool is fantastic; at this price, you wouldn't even dream of getting a pool like this back home in China.

I stayed at Roliva Hotel for a week and I would definitely recommend it. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and it was very quiet, which made my stay really relaxing. The staff were very polite and helpful throughout my stay. I also loved the rooftop — it was very quiet and a great place to relax. The location is perfect, just about a 15-minute walk to the beach, and there are many restaurants nearby. Also, the price for the room was really good, which made the overall experience even better. Great value for money! 👏🏻

Good hotel. Clean, with daily housekeeping. Good breakfast. The staff is very accommodating. It's a pleasant place to stay.

Everything was great, breakfast was decent – not a huge selection but tasty, and there's a rooftop pool.

The rooms are nice and spacious. The breakfast is pretty standard for a hotel. I can't say the beds are super comfy (they're too firm for my liking), but they are large. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The rooftop pool is very convenient and offers good views.

The hotel is within walking distance from Da Nang city center and located along a main road, making it convenient to find restaurants and markets nearby for dining out. I'm a heavy sleeper, but those sensitive to noise might find the street sounds a bit bothersome. Amenities included a toothbrush, one bottle of water, a shower cap, and a hairdryer. Although the exterior showed its age, the interior was clean and perfectly fine. My room didn't have a USB charging port, so it's a good idea to bring your own adapter. Breakfast was varied and delicious, offering fruits, bread, fried rice-like dishes, pho, appetizers, salad, steamed sweet potatoes and corn, soup, water, juice, coffee, and tea. The 'milk' for coffee was more like condensed milk, making it a bit too sweet for my taste.

Overall, it's good value for money, given the location and complimentary breakfast. However, the room I booked had a problem with water dripping from the air conditioner vent. I reported it, and the staff promptly came to fix it. They also offer luggage storage after check-out, which is very convenient.

This is the worst!! It's so noisy, I couldn't sleep at all!! The hotel is right in front of an 8-lane road, so I heard motorcycles and cars honking all night long. (Southeast Asian buildings often have thin walls and windows, so there's zero soundproofing.) It felt like I was lying down on the side of the road. To make matters worse, the bed was right next to the door, and the noise from the hallway almost gave me a nervous breakdown. Every time the elevator stopped, there was a 'ding-dong' sound... neighbors slamming doors... people chatting in the hallway... What was even more ridiculous was how incredibly hard the bed mattress was – it felt like sleeping on the bare floor. I've been traveling all over Southeast Asia for years, staying in hotels 365 days a year, and this hotel had the worst road noise I've ever experienced. The mattress was also the hardest, and this is the first time I've ever stayed up all night because I couldn't sleep. I can't believe such a normal-looking hotel could be this bad. Seriously, do NOT come here. Shouldn't you at least be able to get a proper night's sleep? The terrible road noise makes this the absolute worst, worst hotel!!
