It was the best stay we had in Vietnam. The service was exceptional and very personalized. Upon checking in we were given hot face towels n a welcome drink followed with a selection of different scented soap, shampoo l, conditioner and body wash. We noticed two of our lights were not working. And it was replaced by the maintenance crew the day after. The breakfast selection was great and the all day free fruits n snack was a plus. The only issue we had was the location of our room. We book a room for 3. And it was situated in front of the road that was really noisy n we had to walk a few flights of stairs as there was no lift on our side of the rooms. Hence it is not suitable for families and elderly unless they stay on the opposite side of the hotel that mainly caters to double sharing rooms with a lift. It will be nice if the hotel could provide some ear buds as we had to buy from the pharmacy near us. The location was great, it is so near to the beach, some great eateries that serve some of the best salt coffee, fruits smoothie and banh mi....not to forget frog stew with noodles.n seafood popular among the locals.

My stay at The Memory in Da Nang was excellent. The interior of the hotel is really modern and fancy. The staff is super friendly and helpful. For me the bed was really comfortable and it was overall clean. Breakfast was included and it was very delicious. Besides, there were free fruits and cookies available. One point: It would have been nice to have another washbasin. One for two dorms was a bit small. You should also be aware that the hotel does not have an elevator and the spiral staircase can be challenging with a lot of luggage. All in all, I was very satisfied and would gladly return.

It's not very clean and a bit noisy. The elevator has a strong odor, making each ride quite unpleasant. However, their lemon tea is delicious.

Good place. The staff english were good , easy to communicate with and very helpful. The breakfast were great. The room is a bit small. Dont bring big luggage for your own convenient

Excellent service, clean, ac is cool. Restos and coffee shops just outside, 5 min walk to the beach and the noodle soup breakfast is amazing.

Lovely place to stay for a night or two. We were in 501, and the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great. Would recommend for a couple! The breakfast was delicious and the service very friendly :)

Nice hostel, have spend almost a week there total travelling solo. The building is very stylish, staff is really friendly and helpful, to be honest it's even a bit too much, you feel like you are in some higher-class hotel or something hehe. Breakfasts are top-notch. Location is really good, have places to walk around nearby. But rooms.. are fine. Bunks have covers so you have some privacy, but firstly there are basically no shelves near the bed, so you basically have to put your clothes and stuff between bed and the wall. Then lockers - they are there, but for some reason, 2 of 4 beds have lockers which are NOTICEABLY smaller than others, so my backpack which has 55x35x25 dimensions had to be somewhat folded to put it in, really small. And then locks - man, they are opened by the key-card, but SO OFTEN it just didn't work, I had several times when I just put it there - it beeps - and nothing happens and I have to put it again like 6 times in the row for it to open. Getting old pretty fast... And also if you open it to bluntly - it will start signalling non-stop quite loudly, was really obnoxious. So lockers have to be fixed/changed + add shelves. That's it mostly it.

The service is very nice there! I enjoy the breakfast a lot and the lobby design is amazing! (the memory lemon tea! my fav^^), the location is good that there are so many massage and restaurants around that you can enjoy! I was living in 5/F which I need to take the elevator to 6/F and walk down the stairs. (a little bit annoying and dark but not a big problem!)

This building is so nice appearance and space in the lobby All reception guys gave any information to you as well and also their English is great. WC's quietly small but cleaned I didnt aspect the breakfast but its Really GOOD you should try traditional food 'My Quang'menu Moreover, The price is reasonable for solo traveler!Thanks

Really cosy and uniquely designed hotel, our room was both clean and comfortable, and staff were lovely and always ready to help with a smile. Desk was staffed at all times and we did not have any safety concerns during our stay there. Hotel is a short walk from the beach and there are many convenience stores/local food options close nearby. Breakfast was included and the local options were very tasty, would especially recommend the Cao lầu. Free fruit/snacks throughout the day were a nice touch too.

My room at 2nd floor facing the street was noisy at middle of night on my 1st night stay.. Group of people were chating loughly somewhere nearby or in a shop till almost 3am. This is the only unsatisfying during my stay. All staff are friendly and helpful. No doubts on good service too. Breakfast of pho dishes that i chose are delicious..
