Let's start with the positives: This hotel is perfect for families with kids. The complimentary pool with slides is a lot of fun, and there's also an infinity pool on the rooftop. Even if the weather isn't great, there's no need to worry as the hotel has its own indoor playground, ensuring fun regardless of the temperature (unless it's extremely cold). The bathroom has two sinks, which is great for couples or families as everyone gets their own space. You can find everything you need for dining, drinking, and entertainment right at the hotel. However, I found the overall Vietnamese food quite average (not very tasty). Pho and banh mi are good, but you can't eat them for every meal. Now for the downsides: The 'sea view' is actually a bay. We stayed for three nights, and it seemed to be cloudy the whole time, so the view of the opposite shore was always hazy and not particularly impressive. The surrounding area isn't convenient for dining or entertainment; it takes about half an hour by taxi to get to My Khe Beach or the Old Quarter. My impression of the housekeeping was that they basically just made the bed. My suggestion: If you're coming to Da Nang, consider staying at Mikazuki for two or three nights before moving to My Khe.
