HAIAN Riverfront Hotel Da Nang

The service and wonderful location stand out as highlights. The housekeeping pushing thier way into our room at 9am was strange. They continued to knock on our door even after we asked for a few minutes. The refrigerator didn't work and the TV remote didn't work and having a short stay this didn't matter. The property is not handicap friendly which also wasn't a requirement but important to note. Vietnamese staff tend to be outstanding in every way and here is no exception. The breakfast area was adequate but not exception with minimal feel and notable quality differences compared to other hotel experiences in country. Overall a good value and pleasant stay.

Love the dragon bridge view from our room of balcony. The room and nice and clean. Near to riverfront. Nice cafe and restaurant.

Location of the hotel is great, easy access to many attractions within walking distance. The sky lounge is a plus point for the hotel as you can enjoy an evening drinks with good view of the river and dragon bridge.

My recent stay at here was absolutely wonderful. From the seamless check-in to the comfortable room, every detail exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and professional, and the location was perfect .will definitely be returning on my next trip to here!

The room was clean, and the view overlooking the Dragon Bridge was perfect. The service throughout our stay was good, and we had a comfortable experience overall. The breakfast, however, was a bit disappointing. There weren’t many options to choose from, and the food wasn’t very tasty. The only other small disappointment happened during check-out. While we were waiting for our Grab, the receptionist asked other guests about their stay and experience, but no one asked us. It made us feel a little overlooked. It’s a minor issue, but a simple conversation with every guest would make the experience feel more welcoming. Overall, we enjoyed our stay because of the clean room, great view, and good service, and we hope the hotel can improve the breakfast and make every guest feel equally valued.

Staff members are nice and friendly. Hotel close to the river, so you can have a nice stroll along the river at night. Bars and restaurants located nearby.

The hotel is in a very convenient and accessible location, with a café located on the ground floor, making it easy to grab a meal or coffee. Check-in was quick and seamless. We were pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful rose petal and swan arrangement on our bed to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel also prepared a complimentary cake and a handwritten note, which was a thoughtful gesture and made our stay feel extra special. The room and bathroom were generally clean and comfortable. However, housekeeping could be more thorough with vacuuming, as we still noticed some hair and dust after the room was made up. The balcony was quite small—only large enough for one person to stand comfortably—and could benefit from some maintenance and cleaning. Our room overlooked the Dragon Bridge, which was a nice view. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we appreciated the hotel's thoughtful hospitality.
