The hotel's location is very convenient. It's only a 15-minute walk to Hoi An Ancient Town, and just a 7-8 minute stroll along the riverside to Hoi An Impression Theme Park. The hotel breakfast offers limited choices and the taste is average, but it's still acceptable. The hotel room is quite exquisite, but there were dogs barking nearby all night, which made it hard to sleep soundly. The pool is decent, not very large. It's okay for a one-night stay.

We want to share an honest review of the hotel. Our check-in didn't start in the best way: initially, we were given a room that was very disappointing. Despite the hotel's prestigious name and not-so-low price, the room looked extremely shabby and worn out, and the window overlooked a blank wall, making it dark and uncomfortable inside. Fortunately, the hotel management promptly responded to our complaint. They met us halfway and upgraded us to a higher-class room, for which we are very grateful to the staff! In the new room, we were finally able to relax and feel truly comfortable – the interior and conditions there were top-notch. We also want to mention the relaxation area: there's a pool on the premises, but it didn't impress us. It's quite small itself and clearly needs an update – it also looks rather tired. Overall, thanks to the room change, our vacation was saved, but the hotel should pay more attention to the condition of its basic room stock. We've attached photos of the window and the new room, we didn't take any of the old one.

The hotel is located close to the Old Town, and it was a 10-minute taxi ride to the Coconut Rose with its wonderful boats. The breakfasts at the hotel are good and varied, but there's no coffee machine, which is very important to me. The hotel is quite new, but the engineering design is strange; some rooms have windows that open onto the common hallway 🫣. The pool is also just so-so, on the second floor with no real lounge area. Plus, the hotel has no private grounds at all; the road and entrance feel very urban, which we don't particularly like. It's fine for a few nights, but another big downside is that there's no gym, and the pool closes at 6 PM.

The hotel is excellent. We stayed for one night and everything was great. The breakfast was varied and tasty. There's a pool, but it's a bit dirty. However, we didn't see anyone use it during our stay. It's a 10-minute walk to the Old Town and a 15-minute taxi ride to VinWonders.

Well, what can I say? I really want to criticize this hotel! And specifically, criticize the service! The hotel itself offers good value for money, it's quite clean, has a spacious lobby, though the pool was a bit dirty (but we didn't come here to swim), it has a convenient location, and the breakfasts are decent. BUT the service is an absolute failure! Let's start from the beginning. First, we booked a Premier Deluxe room, which was advertised as a large room with an over king-size bed, with a bathtub and a shower, as shown in the description and pictures. It's also more expensive than regular deluxe rooms. So, we arrive at the hotel, they check us in half an hour early, we go into the room and realize it's a lower category room! It was a Deluxe, not a Premier Deluxe. My husband and I then went to the reception and told them they had given us a lower category room. The receptionist just played dumb, pretending not to understand us, and said, 'But I checked you in 30 minutes early.' Thank you, but we didn't ask to be checked in early and given a lower category room. We paid for what we booked. If you're going to put us in a lower category room, then refund the difference in price! We've stayed at over 20 hotels in Vietnam and have never encountered such blatant rudeness from staff! We also do hotel reviews, and I mentioned this at reception. And, miraculously, our room was found instantly! Absolutely no apologies from the hotel regarding this incident. Usually, for such mistakes, they at least offer a compliment, like a fruit platter, but here there was simply no effort to smooth things over! Furthermore, in our minibar, there was a pack of expired chips. We took these chips to the reception, they took them from us but didn't replace them with new ones. And upon checkout, they demanded, get this – money for the expired, unopened pack of chips that we had returned to reception! This is just a complete failure, it's outrageous! I would recommend this hotel in terms of convenience, and the room itself isn't bad, but the staff's attitude is simply a complete nightmare!

Turn right from the hotel and walk for about 5-10 minutes to reach Hoi An Ancient Town. The hotel staff are warm and friendly, offering refreshing welcome drinks upon arrival. It's great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, close to the Old Quarter. The interior and facilities are good, and the swimming pool is lovely.
