Little bugs everywhere in my room. Ammeneties packets were wet on the inside. Staff spoke good english and were helpful. Location is not on the beach. Pool was murky

Absolutely awful experience — do NOT book here! There was absolutely nothing I liked about this place. Mold everywhere. The bed was shabby and in terrible condition. The room looked nothing like the pictures — completely different from what was advertised. We were extremely tired, so we stayed the night, but the hotel didn’t offer any compensation or even attempt to make things right. I’ve attached photos so you can see for yourself. The reviews seem fake, so book here at your own risk.

A bit sad. I was book for 2 nights in this hotel . First I book twins. And room was clean. Then I book another night for stay I pick twins bed but they give us a kings bed. And bad things is I was out in the Da Nang area. So I’m not around there at the time. And they just throw all my stuff on another room . So sad . Last day in Da Nang bad sad experience

It was a decent hotel for an affordable price, although it looked old and kinda far from everything and also their lights outside were always off during nighttime which made it scary to actually go home at night for a solo traveler

Perfect! Nice room, plus a gorgeous rooftop pool.

Walking to the beach 10 minutes, room it's okay but nice view, staff is nice 🙂

The hotel in itself is not bad but the housekeeping staff really have to put cleaning in their agenda. I have attached images of my room after they cleaned it each day immediately after they “cleaned”. I’m African and the day I checked in, the towels were clean and fluffy. Now they give me this crap. They don’t do this for their other guests. I’m disgusted because they happily take the money but refuse to give us the service we paid for. Very shameful and dirty

It’s not super luxury but if you looking at a cheap price I guess this is good enough

Well , very terrible to stay this hotel, they’re 3 stars on the advertising on the public, but myself, I think only one star hotel only. I will tell all my friends and my self will be never come back this hotel again if I have to plan to go back to Da Nang in the future.

Overall a good hotel. Pool was good. however they need to get a control on the tiny little bugs. I looked them up online they are not really a spreading infestation type of bug, and don't bite, but you can feel them when they crawl on you. Get these bugs out of here and it is a great little place. you really need a motor bike or expect to get cars becuase it is a bit away from alot of things but a pretty quiet area.

It has a pretty nice pool that we spent alot of time in. But there were these tiny bugs in the room that were very annoying. They were barely visible but definitely there. Google said they were probably a harmless bug that it said feed on paper and really like humid places. We sanitized all our stuff before moving on to another hotel that thankfully didn't have the same problem.
