I arrived early in the morning, but there was no one at the desk, so I waited in the hotel lobby for almost 50 minutes. I finally solved it by calling Trip.com.. From the beginning of the trip.

Like the location, hotel in the city center, very convenient and near mini mart, store.
Staff are helpful and friendly. Check in time is quick and effortlessly.
Hotel room is clean and spacious. Room with nice river view. Air condition strong and bed is comfy. Bins, towels are changed daily and water bottle restocked.
Overall stay is ok.

Cozy, friendly staff, close to centre then easy to get foood. Was busy working but always nice to back hotel with delightful staff. Maybe they csn improved a little by more decoration and upgrade that gonna be more attractive

The door of the shower room did not close properly and water leaked outside. Also, the electronic kettle was broken and could not be used. Other than that, it was kept clean so I felt it was a waste. I am satisfied with the hotel itself.
