We slept in a room with no view. The bathroom and bedroom were spacious, close to the sea, close to convenience stores, and not dangerous. The maid cleaned the room every day. It is recommended to bring your own soap and shampoo because the hotel's stuff is okay but not fragrant. The staff recommended a good place to drink and eat. Go there, it's worth it.

Great location, next to a street with cafes and bars, convenient. The sea is 3 minutes away. Overall, considering the price, I recommend it.
The staff helped with a taxi (we ordered one from our Grab account, despite the fact that I didn't have enough cash).

I will start with a warning, the pictures of the rooms online do not reflect the current state of the hotel. I had booked a room for almost two weeks as I was visiting with a friend that lives in the area. Pros: * Close to the beach and a lot of restaurants * A couple of minutes walk from DaNang party street (An Thuong) * Free breakfast Cons: * The room furniture was old and some were even broken * The initial bedsheet had holes in it (they changed it at my request, the new one has some small stains) * The bathroom was clean, but sometimes when using the shower a very bad smell would come out * Some of the towels provided had holes and/or stains Overall I will never go back to this hotel

The hotel is close to the beach, but too close to the deafening singing of street perfomers just across the street at night. The room was fine, clean, bright and comfortable although why a kettle is provided when there is neither tea nor coffee or cups escapes me. The TV stopped working and was replaced the following day. I ordered a coffee downstairs, waited over twenty minutes and gave up. The breakfast was dreadful: baguettes were stale and crumbling, the bacon was so fatty and tough that it was inedible, toasted bread was rock hard, and the cold meat selection was covered with flies: there is no excuse for poor preparation and hygiene because food in a climate such as this can be protected. I stayed three nights, and was initially planning to return to that hotel when I came back from Hoi An, but I found somewhere else.

Chu Hotel is a little older & not as flashy as those along the beach road, it's also a fraction of the price! Very big & comfortable room which was serviced every day & excellent service, especially Rachel who helped us sort out a tour to Ba Na Hills. OK breakfast included in the rate, with good bacon & great coffee. The best thing is the location. Surrounded by restaurants & bars, close to the beach, near to everything required. A very pleasant & good value stay in Da Nang

The worst hotel in Da Nang. Front desk female staff. Unfriendly and arrogant, laughed and mocked guests.staff has very bad personality, terrible attitude, arrogant tone and manner. She can't understand English, and she don't even know the words arrival and departure. She rather got annoyed with the customer, laughed at customer, sighed, and mocked customer. She laughed loudly and laughed at the customer with the employee sitting next to her. It was so unpleasant. This is the worst hotel in worldwide.

It's a terrible hotel, we have book a room in this hotel and when we come here, we receive another room,it's worsd the room we have book, and the manager do not talk with us for this problem, we have book 2 days but we just stay 1 day, after we have to choose another hotel.
