Great place, very smart, didn't get to use pool unfortunately. Had problems with neighbouring rooms smoking cigarettes and skunk but security dealt with it efficiently. They arranged laundry for us and we're very friendly and professional

Good location, clean, I m sure we forgot our camera handle at the lobby, we asked the receptionist but we didn’t get it back

We found used cotton buds with large amounts of wax on them in our room. The room was never cleaned properly with dust on every top shelf. Breakfast was poor. The staff were polite.

I arrived around midnight on a low-cost airline and planned to stay for 0.5 nights. But I got off at 12 and got a massage in the early morning. I went to the hotel at 2:30 or 3 in the morning. The lobby lights were off and the staff was sleeping on a cot next to them (this is also the case in other small hotels in Vietnam). So, I felt a little sorry for waking you up and asking for check-in, but they took care of it right away. Anyway, it was only for a short time and I didn't have high expectations. The room was spacious and cleanly maintained. There was a glass window in the bathroom, so I could see the bed, but I was able to close the blinds. There were two elevators, but there weren't many people to begin with, so it didn't seem crowded.

The room was stained with some unknown black debris. Overall it was clean enough. Lovely staff, good service, traveling to Sadet, close to the Danang sea, there are restaurants and shops nearby.
