Housekeeping came in and cleaned our room everyday and replenished our bath kits, towels, complimentary water, coffee and tea. The ones in the fridge are charged when consumed. I love how clean the hotel was and the staff bumped us up to a better room with a sea view since our room is currently used by someone else. I love the view every morning and the hotel is also beautiful at night with the light decor. Great breakfast buffet that fills you right up. I recommend to book your stay with breakfast because the food is great - there is Thai food, some English breakfast, Korean food, and Chinese food. There is a special dish that changes everyday which you can check and ask for at the window booth inside the buffet. I love the closeness to the beach and went out and came back with a good burning sunburn. I went during late September and it was raining hard but thankfully it cleared up during my last 2 full days at the hotel.

Loved our stay at Nesta , it was only for a day . Hotel staff is very nice . Super convenient location, right across from the beach , there’s a starbucks downstairs and an outdoor swimming pool. Great breakfast and nice room

Superb location right across the street from My Khe beach. The room was comfortable and clean. Amazing pool and peaceful garden area. The pool also had no more than 4 people in it the whole time we were there and on times felt like a private family pool, not sure if that was just a coincidence or not. Pool was very clean as well with a a life guard. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful whilst asking for feedback about our stay there. The breakfast was actually quite good. Over the 5 days we stayed there, we always found enough variety and supply for western and asian preference particularly for fruits, breads, etc. The location is wonderful. Even my little daughter could walk to the night markets, Han market, etc from the hotel. We did a family spa day at the hotel and found that quite enjoyable! We did have some minor problems with water leaking on the floor in the washroom due to the half glass shower and passed them along to the service desk. In addition, when we booked we thought we would get a sea view based on the description but we never actually had much of a view at all, though it exists from some rooms. I politely talked to the service desk about this and they couldn't change as they were full but we were alright with it as the beach is just across the street. I did suggest that they should call this room a "partial sea view" to better describe what you are specifically booking. The hotel is far enough off the street to have quite a peaceful a**osphere, especially in that back garden area by the pool. Overall I would definitely stay here again as we really enjoyed this hotel! Thank you for your kind service!

Nesta hotel was located next to the beach and many shops nearby. Had a great spa run by Ms Mai called Spa Nesta Danang. Great masseurs and Ms Mai was very accommodating. Great service - highly recommended. Breakfast was great and staff was very courteous.

The hotel is located near the My khe beach. very clean but when there was a bit noisy due to construction

Very very value for money for the quality, location, and service. Things I like about the hotel: - New, modern, clean. - Located right at the beachfront with great views. - Great accessibility to a lot of food, cafes, convenience stores. - Friendly and good english speaking staff. - Hot water is almost instant.

When I first entered the room, the window lock was broken and could not be closed. Even the white shirts were stained after washing, and they were like this before they were sent for washing. It is not easy in a foreign country. Ctrip’s rating is very irresponsible. I am treated like this even though I am a black diamond. , others can be imagined. Convenient and clean for travel. There are many nightclubs and restaurants nearby. The beach is just across the road. You can rent a motorcycle to eat and drink everywhere. It's very fun. I recommend staying in this hotel

Hotel location is excellent In front is My Khe Beach It is also very convenient to take Grab to the Pink Church and Han Market The service staff are very considerate in carrying luggage, restaurants and house keeping. The room is clean and tidy and the space is great You can also see the sea view

This is the second time I have stayed in My Khe, Da Nang. I returned to this hotel this time. The place is elegant and clean, and the staff are professional and courteous. The buffet breakfast does not have too many types, but it is sufficient and the product is good. Opposite the hotel is My Khe Beach, and there are Many restaurants, including seafood restaurants, are very close to large supermarkets. The only bad thing is that there is insufficient hot water and the bathtub design is a bit weird. There is only half glass, and the floor becomes slippery after showering!

The location of the hotel is very good, just across the road is the beach. This hotel is the most satisfying one in my entire trip. It can be said that for one-third of the price, you can enjoy the same level of service in Japan. In particular, a staff member in the lobby who looked like Brazilian football star Thiago Sliva was very helpful when we took a taxi when we left. There is also Ms. Thuan in the restaurant. She is very warm and thoughtful.
