Wink Danang Centre, Unscripted by Hyatt - 24 hours stay

Loved everything! The location, service, cleanliness, comfort, staff, and the magnificent view from the room. The hotel itself is unique and very stylish. The staff at breakfast were incredibly attentive, and the hotel's concept of a 24-hour stay from check-in is excellent. We will definitely be back to this hotel. 10/10, highly recommend!

Killer location and a 24-hour stay – truly the best accommodation with all the perks! So grateful for the room upgrade too. It felt perfect, aside from the room being a bit small. I'd definitely recommend it to everyone around me, haha.

I really loved this hotel! I got a room on the 17th floor. The room was clean and had a beautiful view. It's also conveniently located near restaurants and cafes, all within walking distance. I only stayed for 2 nights, which was a shame. If I come back to Da Nang, I'll definitely stay here again.

The room had a slight, old-house musty smell, which was acceptable considering the low price and good value for money. However, it's still not as good as the new hotel across the river.

The location is great, making it convenient to visit the cathedral, Han Market, and nearby restaurants. The breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but it had all the essentials, which was nice. However, the room service was the worst. After cleaning, some items went missing. When I reported it, they just said they'd check into it but did nothing, so the hotel's response was terrible. They didn't even try to find my handfan and Proxim. They said they'd ask the room staff but never got back to me. Even at checkout, they just pretended to look, which was frustrating. They didn't even bother to search and just said it wasn't their room staff. This incident on the last day of my trip ruined it, and I won't be able to forget it.
