IHG Hotels&Resorts properties in Da Nang

The room Ctrip assigned us wasn't great; the window faced a wall. The hotel room was small, with a bed around 2 meters, but because we had a child over 12, we were asked to pay for an extra bed and breakfast. Luckily, Ctrip helped cover these costs. After the extra bed was added, the room felt cramped, and there was no desk or chair for using a laptop, which my husband found very inconvenient. The breakfast quality was also quite mediocre. The worst part was the service; the reception staff at the restaurant had a harsh tone and showed no expression, and no one offered to take our coffee order after we were seated. When we checked out, there was no bellboy to help with our luggage.
