Wyndham properties in Da Nang

The room was incredibly noisy, probably due to a karaoke bar on the street below that played music until around 11 PM every night. We were initially assigned a room on the third floor, but after some negotiation, we were moved to the sixth floor. I had booked a quad room, but they only gave me one key card. After further discussion, they eventually gave me another one. Each time I tried to resolve an issue, the initial response was always, 'We're fully booked, we can't help you.' It took a lengthy conversation to finally get things sorted. I even emailed the hotel, and they replied that during the New Year period, they were trying to provide better service, so they withheld worn-out key cards from me 😓. Alright, I guess. However, I still think staff training needs to improve, as their first reaction shouldn't be 'we're fully booked, I can't assist you.'

The service with the check in could use a little work , 3/5 experience, staff friendly but a little cold and do not know good English, rest of the time it was good but not great , The rooms were the highlight, very big , new and good vibes , comfy bed , good shower , views , elevator is a little crowded.Breakfast was good/great , big selection , fruits and good coffee . Price was unbeatable considering the seaside location , 2 pools with great views , prices a little to expensive at bar. Would stay again 4.5/5

I had booked a partial sea-view room, but the room itself faced only a building under construction; only by stepping out onto the balcony could I see a small sliver of sea between the buildings in front. Note that guests use the room for activities and rest, not the balcony, so this was very disappointing. After two days and my third expression of dissatisfaction with the assigned room, the lobby manager finally agreed to change my room. Also, the mattress and pillows were rather firm, which made it uncomfortable for me to sleep. One thing worthy of praise: I suffered a minor scrape while exercising outdoors, and the nurse on duty at the hotel was very attentive and cleaned my wound for me every day.

The price was very affordable. It's a bit far from the city center, but taxis are readily available. The immediate surroundings were a bit desolate, but the view was nice. The room size was decent, though the facilities were a little old, and the soundproofing wasn't great. The minibar prices were very reasonable. Breakfast was just okay, but they did have hot noodles, which made it acceptable. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.
