Because some floors of the Expo Tower were used as a hotel, there were many inconveniences compared to hotels that were stand-alone buildings. Hotel guests, like department store visitors, must park in the underground parking lot. Although the underground parking lot is marked as a hotel zone, not at all. It took a very long time to park because it was not well maintained. If you don't use valet when staying at Hotel Onoma, parking will be very inconvenient. It was a corner room for 3 adults, and the extra bed was nice and soft, not a creaky mattress. The installation staff said that the extra bed uses the same mattress as the king bed. I liked the room condition and staff response, but parking was a problem!!! It's at a level that really detracts from all points.

I stayed for business trips and stayed at a hotel with a lot of signs of thinking from the plan. There are many elements to enjoy besides the stay. However, the building was old overall and I can't help erasing the feeling of a motelㅠand the room was too dark

The location of the hotel is very close to the train station and the commercial street, walking distance, and there are many parking spaces. Affordable, good choice.

I often use it for business trips. I like that the restaurant is close by. It's even better because it's in a downtown area. The facility is very clean It's really better than the surrounding hotels

Very basic rooms. One bath towel, no room service, no minibar, two generic water bottles provided; beware (!)... only one is free. Very unhelpful/unfriendly staff; was given room at rear of hotel with view only of air conditioning system and wall. While hotel appeared empty, was summarily told no other rooms were available by both the evening and morning staff. However, neither checked for availability -- leading to my strong suspicion that such answers were ”stock phrases” instructed by management to be provided by staff to dissatisfied customers (such as myself). Breakfast was simply awful. I am a very prolific world traveler and this is the worst I've seen except apart from extremely poor third world countries. Overall recommendation: AVOID THIS UNPLEASANT HOTEL.
