Были в этом отели 2 года назад. Нам все понравилось, поэтому выбрали его и в этом году. Но разочаровались. Уровень обслуживания сильно упал как в номере, так и в столовой. Все приходилось просить: и шампунь, и туалетную бумагу. А в столовой в этом году еда не вкусная и однообразная. Кофе утром приходилось просить, чтобы насыпали, а за деньги в обед и ужин - пожалуйста. Молоко постоянно заканчивалось, йогурт - тоже дефицит. Фрукты, печенье - дефицит. Когда еда заканчивалась, то стояли пустые тарелки, а обслуживающий персонал этого как бы и не видит. Больше в этот отель не поедем.
