Spent two nights in the family room with a friend, the room is really spacious for two people (probably a bit tight for four tho), the bathroom and the shower are big and clean with just a little mold on the bathroom ceiling. The hotel is quiet, good location and the staff is really nice and helpful, they clean the rooms everyday and it's possible to rent scooters from them, they also kept our luggage after check out. Only complaint would have to be the towels, they're clean but so old and used they have many holes, kind of look like a dog chewed them a lot, I think it might be time for them to get new towels. Extremely good value for the price!!

Our stay here is amazing. I love the location of the hotel. Near the Cathedral, Night Market and a lot of restaurants within the hotel. I love their hotel also as it has an elevator, parking in the basement (for motorcycle rental) and very friendly staffs. The room is neat and clean and I love how big the window is.

Not a bad hotel, quite clean, polite staff, and not far from the city center. When we checked in, they offered to move us to another hotel further from the center, but we declined and they gave us a larger room. On the downside, there was no hot water in the room, and no air conditioning either.

This is a pretty good hotel right by the river in the city center. We chose the Rapunzel Tower, a family room with 5 beds for 3 people, on the 5th floor, which was very convenient. When we realized there was no fridge and we had food with us, the manager brought one up to our room. For a one or two-night stay, it's quite good.

I was supposed to check in four hours early, but when I arrived at 1 PM, I was first told that the room wasn't ready due to cleaning. Then, I was informed that the toilet was broken and I'd have to switch hotels. It was cheap anyway, and I was only staying for one night.
