TTC Hotel Ngoc Lan Reviews

The location is very convenient to eateries and just few mins walk to Da Lat night market. The service staff is also very friendly, approachable and could speak relatively good English. The only not so good thing is the location of charging port in the room. It is all located below the tables which make it difficult to access

Slipper is reused, it was packed and we noticed that there is hair inside slipper bag.

The balcony should have a small table and chair to enjoy the view !

Good place to stay

Water isn't always free at 4-star hotels. Don't take away disposable slippers you haven't worn; they'll charge you for taking them. Just say you didn't take them properly, and they'll say we're missing something. They only let you go after I raised my voice. If you're staying more than two days, remember to tell the front desk to replace the toilet supplies. They even threw away my toothbrush the next day and didn't replace it. The breakfast was really bad; it's better to eat out.

Breakfast is quite simple..less than 2 star hotel..

The room is clean and the location is great, close to Xuan Huong Lake and the night market.

Only the location deserved 4 stars. The rest was very poor!!

Good service, clean hotel, central location, very convenient for tourism

I went on a trip to Dalat and stayed for 2 nights. Overall, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. However, since the hotel is old, the condition of the hotel rooms is not very good. (especially the bed)
