洱海附近的村民開的酒店民宿，酒店外面有個庭院，養了魚和烏龜，風景好。
房間感覺衞生還比較乾淨，標間，不大，窗外風景還可以。洗手間馬桶和洗手枱設計感覺不是很合理，衞生間洗完很容易把水帶到房間裏。
門口有一塊空地可以停車，但車子比較難開進去因為巷子太窄了。村子外面空地可以免費停車。
這邊除了住宿，一樓大廳還提供餐飲，晚上點了兩個菜，一個回鍋肉，有點鹹，味道還可以，另一個是炒餌塊，家人説有點油，價格還行。
每層樓有晾衣架和晾衣桿，這個挺方便的。
總之整體還不錯，大理洱海附近，距離車程十幾分鍾，國慶節期間價格176，還要什麼自行車。

居住體驗很愜意，房間非常乾淨，雖然有點偏，但是環境優美，老闆很和藹可親，還有就是他家的魚很好吃。推薦入住

和老闆聊了一下這是老闆自己家的房子，才開始做民宿幾個月，所以是在城中村一樣的地方，環境比較安靜的，適合休息。熱水超大，玩一天洗個澡很舒服的。最最重要的是他們家的飯菜挺不錯，而且又實惠，很多當地人在那吃
