Had a fantastic experience! The guesthouse has a beautiful and elegant atmosphere, and the service was impeccable. The location is also great, very close to Shuanglang Ancient Town. I'll definitely come back again. Oh, and the breakfast was delicious!!!

The house is right by Erhai Lake, incredibly beautiful, like something out of a painting. It was the most memorable moment of our trip to Dali. Instead of rushing around, just quietly gazing at Erhai Lake made me feel more efficient. Nanzhao Island is diagonally opposite. The hotel contacts you in advance with tips, which was great for my J-type personality (planner!). The room was well-equipped and very quiet. There's an infinity pool on the second floor with great views, and the afternoon tea served on the first floor was excellent.

This B&B really nailed the details! They offer authentic local rice noodles for breakfast, and you can enjoy a leisurely afternoon tea. Before bed, they even bring you a glass of milk with a sleep-inducing aroma, ensuring a super peaceful night's sleep. The place is incredibly photogenic, with tons of spots for great pictures – the lobby, the terrace, by the windows, you name it! The housekeepers are warm and attentive, even helping us with our luggage up and down the stairs. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for getting around and dining out!

The hosts at this B&B were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service. The location is superb, right by Erhai Lake, perfect for unwinding and slowing down. They also offer breakfast and afternoon tea.

This hotel, nestled on the first row by the water on the south side of Shuanglang Ancient Town, is a charming building with thoughtful and comfortable design everywhere you look. From the moment the young man picked us up at the parking lot to every staff member we met at the hotel, everyone made us feel wonderfully at home. We spent quiet afternoons and evenings reading on the first floor, and woke up to the serene view of Erhai Lake each morning, stretching to begin a new journey. Amidst the hustle and bustle of this peak tourist season, it was a truly delightful and unhurried experience.

The room was very clean and tidy, with all amenities provided. We booked a sea-view room and the scenery was fantastic. The hotel proactively contacted us about our arrival time, and their staff were polite and friendly, even sending someone to help with our luggage. A special shout-out to the lovely lady who assisted us; our two suitcases were quite heavy, but she, despite being small and slim, handled them with ease. She was also incredibly polite when communicating with local ladies while driving. Furthermore, because we checked in quite late and missed that day's afternoon tea, the front desk gentleman thoughtfully offered us afternoon tea on our check-out day. The freshly baked waffles were delicious! We could spend an entire day at the cafe on the first floor – the ambiance is great, it's cool and refreshing, you can enjoy the sea view, and they play music with all my favorite songs. Plus, there are plenty of books on the shelf to choose from. All in all, we were very satisfied.

I came to this guesthouse specifically for the window view. Breakfast was a freshly made pancake and fried egg for one, and the warm congee felt especially comforting. You can refill your coffee at breakfast. I spent time sitting in the downstairs cafe and didn't even notice the time passing, it was so relaxing.

This highly anticipated Dali Erhai Lake view guesthouse did not disappoint! Stepping into the room, the Cangshan Mountains and Erhai Lake are right outside the window, with bougainvillea blooming freely. The sunset's reflection paints the water, making every photo a postcard-perfect scene. The staff are attentive, and both the breakfast and afternoon tea are delicious. Sitting by the floor-to-ceiling window in the room, brewing a pot of Dianhong tea, watching the mountains and the sea, and simply whiling away the time, is another form of happiness.

A hidden gem of a guesthouse with sea views in Shuanglang! Waking up to Erhai Lake, the unique Bai-style stone arch architecture is stunning. The infinity pool offers incredible views. The butler service is attentive, and the afternoon tea and breakfast are excellent. You can watch the Erhai sunset right outside the door. A perfect vacation experience!

After several years, I've returned to Erhai Wakened. The room's natural wood style is incredibly comfortable, and there are beautiful dried flowers on the desk. Lying in bed was so peaceful. The common area is perfect for having coffee, reading, or simply zoning out, and Erhai Lake is right outside the first-floor rooms. There are beautiful green plants everywhere, full of thoughtful details. It's so quiet and calm, not noisy at all; I could easily spend a whole day here and not want to leave. I'll definitely be back!

This is definitely my top choice for accommodation in Shuanglang! The room was cozy and spotless, and there was even a tea set with tea bags on the desk for a relaxing brew. The breakfast ingredients were fresh and delicious, and the afternoon tea hit the spot too. Every corner of this place is picture-perfect, and its convenient location makes getting around a breeze, surrounded by beautiful scenery. It was truly a worthwhile trip!

Not new, not big hotel but full of everything you need; spacious clean room, automatic toilet, separated toilet and bathroom. Close to Shuanglang Ancient Town but very peaceful not crowded at all. A simple yet delicious Chinese breakfast. We was impressed by the tiny young lady staff who carried our 20 kg. luggage to her buggy while she picked us up from the parking and brought it up to our 3rd floor room ( the hotel doesn’t have elevator). She also recommended the restaurant for our dinner which was delicious. Her bright smiles and attentive service made us feel warmly welcome. All staffs, including male staffs who have previously visited Thailand were friendly. Unfortunately, we could stay only a night. Next time we would stay more.

In the afternoon, we'd set out some tea and snacks on the terrace and simply sit there, enjoying the breeze off the lake for hours, without a single worry. As evening fell, watching the sunset paint over the lake was truly magical. Waking up naturally each day and drawing open the curtains to reveal the entire sea – now *that's* the relaxed vibe Dali should have.

Choosing the right guesthouse in Dali Shuanglang truly made our trip! This lakeside guesthouse by Erhai Lake is so peaceful and comfortable. Open the window and you're greeted with an unobstructed view of Nanzhao Cultural Island, framed by the stone arch window reflecting Erhai Lake like a natural painting. The ground floor coffee shop is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the breeze; you could easily spend an entire afternoon there. We slept soundly and peacefully at night. The room rate even includes breakfast, afternoon tea, and bedtime milk – such thoughtful details. I honestly recommend this place to anyone looking to slow down and truly experience Dali!
