I've stayed in many cities and many great hotels, and rarely take the time to write a review, but I absolutely have to recommend this one. From the moment I booked online, the hotel proactively reached out, created a group chat for communication, and provided thoughtful reminders about every detail throughout my stay. Their level of attentive service surpasses even many five-star hotels. The quality of the facilities is also top-notch, with attention to detail evident everywhere: things like anti-collision corners, which other places often overlook, were considered here. The balcony view is truly stunning; just for that scenery alone, I'd be willing to come back. The room is equipped with a Marshall speaker, the mini-fridge is well-stocked with complimentary drinks, there's coffee during the day, and comforting sweet soup in the evening. Next time I'm in Dali, I'm definitely staying here again.

The room was very clean. Disposable bath towels and face towels would be an improvement. The photography session we booked was excellent! The hotel also offers free afternoon tea, and there's a complimentary dessert service in the evening. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The hotel truly lives up to its design-forward reputation. The bedding and hygiene standards are top-notch, and the amenities are comprehensive. Plus, the staff are so helpful, even assisting with luggage. The road leading to the hotel can get quite congested during peak season, but thankfully, the views of Erhai Lake make up for it. I'd definitely come back given the chance!

The location is good, right by the scenic coastal road, about a ten-minute drive from Shuanglang. There's a parking area right in front, which is convenient. The service is warm and friendly; there are seats by the lobby entrance where you can soak up the sun. The room size is decent, and it comes with a sound system, a fridge, and drinks. However, the projector's clarity isn't great; watching the Spring Festival Gala on it was disappointing. The bathroom has a good wet/dry separation. The bedding comfort is lacking; the bed is too hard, and the pillows are either too flat or too high. The showerhead is also too small. Breakfast is overly simple and small in portion, and the taste isn't good. They say it ends at 10:30 AM, but by 10:00 AM, there was nothing left. While they offer afternoon tea and a 'goodnight sweet soup,' the quality of both is very ordinary. It would be better if they focused on making breakfast more substantial and varied.

The room decor is very new and stylish, clean and comfortable. The complimentary items are super well-prepared, everything you could possibly need is there, and the mini-bar has an amazing variety of drinks, free to enjoy – what a pleasant surprise! They even offered a professional travel photoshoot; the photographer found great angles, and every shot turned out beautifully. My friends on social media kept asking where I stayed! It was reassuring and joyful to stay here with kids. For Erhai Lake, just book this place without hesitation. Staying at Dali Shiguang Yingyue Homestay really elevated our experience; it made us feel completely at ease the whole time.
