Beautiful house and pleasant courtyard. Very easy to use, nice friendly service. Large comfortable bed. I would advise not to bring heavy luggage due to pebbled streets and courtyard.

Fantastic stay with homely vibes and wonderful host. She really was the best, warm-heartedly introducing the area and sharing honest and great food recommendations. Room was also clean, and we had such a good rest on the firm mattress and soft pillows.

The host and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making the entire stay warm, cozy, and just like home—exactly what I wanted for this trip. They offer great food recommendations and provide clear directions to nearby attractions. They even checked in on me when I went for a haircut nearby and hadn’t returned after a while, showing genuine care. If you’re visiting Dali, I highly recommend staying here!

Amazing hospitality, our host Mr Zhang welcomed us with tea upon arrival, looked after us so well. We loved the location as it is right in the old town, as well as the beautiful courtyard and traditional vibe of the area. We will be returning and staying here when we come back to Dali.

We stayed for one night at Dali Qingxin Garden Courtyard Guesthouse, and it was a delightful experience. The lady managing the guesthouse was incredibly attentive, ensuring everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.
The guesthouse, a charming building with over 100 years of history, exudes warmth and comfort. We were fortunate to have our room upgraded, which added to the overall experience. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed with snacks and drinks, making us feel right at home.

Excellent location. Great host 郭姐who brought us to a very good restaurant 巍山高记which is near to our accommodation. She also recommended us to 非凡油条which sells delicious breakfast. She also served us nice coffee in the morning. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing 3 night stay at this wonderful home. Would have loved to stay longer. Great location, tranquil atmosphere in the beautiful courtyard, quite and beautiful rooms. And my host Ellen went out of her way to help with tickets, advise and more. Highly recommended :)

This was definitely our most beautiful stay in China. Ellen and her husband took perfect care of us, providing us with very good recommendations, the most warm welcome, coffee and cookies, and an overall excellent room with porch facing the pretty garden. We honestly felt sad to leave after spending four nights instead of the two nights that we initially planned. Must stay when in Yunnan, would love to be back some day.
