Dali Jinze Xiaoyuan Inn (Dali Ancient City South Gate)

The location is excellent, and it's very clean. It's only a 5-minute walk to Dali Old Town. There are restaurants right downstairs, and a small fresh market across the street. This is a truly ideal location. I'll definitely come back next time.

Choosing this guesthouse was absolutely the right decision! The location is incredibly convenient, right near the South Gate of the ancient city. It's just a few minutes' walk to get inside for sightseeing and dining, and taxis can drop you off directly at the entrance – making getting around super easy. The guesthouse offers a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle; the environment is quiet and comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. The room itself is very spacious, with a large area and a cozy layout. It was spotlessly clean, with no strange odors throughout. The bedding was wonderfully soft, and the bathroom was designed with a wet/dry separation – all the details were perfectly thought out. The owner was incredibly warm and attentive, truly heartwarming. The soundproofing in the room was excellent too, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep and great rest. The experience was absolutely top-notch! It offers fantastic value for money, and I genuinely recommend it for anyone visiting Dali Ancient City. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The inn's location is excellent. Taxis can drop you off right at the entrance, and it's a short 10-minute walk to the South Gate of the Ancient City. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and right across the street is the South Gate wet market, making it convenient for buying fruit. Although the inn is close to the road, the soundproofing is good. It also has a washing machine, which is handy for drying clothes. We stayed for three days, and the overall facilities were great. The room was clean and had no strange odors. We booked a suite, which is perfect for families or friends traveling together. Highly recommended!

The room was really big and spacious, a family suite actually, perfect for traveling with my parents. It's right next to Dali Old Town, just a few steps away. The owner was also very friendly and helpful; she patiently answered all our questions about how to explore Erhai Lake. A very satisfying travel experience overall!

Staying at Dali Jinze Courtyard was truly wonderful! We checked in early on the day, and the guesthouse owner upgraded us to a larger room. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was huge and very comfortable. The location is also convenient, close to the North Gate of the old town, making it easy to get around.
