stayed 2 nights inside city walls, vibrant markets and supper places. staff sent gd recommendations of eatery. long stretches of weekend market within walking dist. near public bus stop to other towns, lake and three pagodas also. level 1 public toilet and shower place for dorms. level 3 drying area good view of sunrise.

Well located in Dali ancient city. Friendly staff. Has a multiple public areas to sit down and chill outside the room. Good atmosphere and cozy vibes.

The hostel is excellent and very well located. The common areas are large, with plenty of tables and sofas for relaxing and meeting other travelers. The staff is super friendly. This is my second time staying at this hostel. I highly recommend it!

Very warm welcome in the hostel and many cozy places to sit. Only the beds are very hard as everywhere in China, but it does have an electrical blanket

Lovely place with everything you need and very kind staff. Well located in the ancient city but still quiet and not too busy. Staff were very kind and helpful with organizing trips in the city. Wish I could have stayed longer!

I had such a good time at the hostel! The vibe there is super comfortable, chill and the people i have met travellers and owners were also really friendly. Especially the owner did so much to help me! As a Chinese German on my first solo trip in China he helped me organise so much and i'm so thankful!
He helped me organise a "pingche" to Shaxi, which is similar to an ubershare and when i wasn't able to explain something in chinese we would text each other via wechat to communicate.
I would definitely come back again. Thank you again for the great stay and all the help!

Just nice play, big place i stay at 4 beg in 1 room. Suitable but toilet out but still can consider. Owner friendly and i get postcard free! Have heater a bit slow and microwave nice. Place near with morning market. Have rooftop view to see mountain and full moon
