Dali Luchun Garden Hotel

The environment is excellent, you can tell a lot of thought went into creating such a beautiful backyard garden. It will definitely be my top choice for future visits.

This trip exceeded my expectations! The hotel is small but exquisite, and the service is excellent. The butler added me on WeChat before check-in to communicate details thoughtfully. I highly recommend it for families with young children!

Facilities: All necessary amenities are available, including a children's play area and a gym. Although there's no elevator, bellboys help with luggage, which is very convenient. Hygiene: Good. Environment: Excellent. Downstairs, there are succulents and little rabbits, which my child loved. Service: Fantastic, almost every request was met. Especially the concierge, who responded very quickly. When we left, they even provided a send-off to the station, tea, and fresh flower cakes. My impression of this hotel during my trip to Dali was excellent. Highly recommended!

This was an incredibly unexpected and wonderful experience! The hotel's scenery is beautiful, and I was completely satisfied from check-in to check-out. The hotel has its own kids' playground and even raises little bunnies, so even on rainy days, it was fun to entertain the kids there! When our initial room wasn't quite right, the hotel butler patiently helped us switch twice until we were happy. A special thank you to butler Chuyi; no matter when I messaged, she always replied immediately and handled every request perfectly – truly outstanding! The hotel also offers afternoon tea and evening milk, which was a lovely, thoughtful touch! This is a hotel we definitely want to visit again!

The rooms were very clean and hygienic. It's close to Dali University and not far from both the Ancient City and the city center. For families traveling with elderly people and children, the free laundry service offered by the hotel is a huge plus. The breakfast wasn't overly fancy or overwhelming with choices, but everything was prepared with great care and sincerity, making for a very pleasant dining experience. Not only was the rice noodle soup delicious, but I also noticed they catered to children's preferences. Every morning for a few days, I saw subtle adjustments like different pasta flavors. If we missed breakfast, the butler would even ask if we wanted them to save us some food. They also offered a thoughtful goodnight hot milk service in the evenings! And after a tiring day of sightseeing, coming back and relaxing in the garden, playing with the panda rabbits, and ordering a coffee – the quality was consistently excellent! Any issues were promptly addressed by the butler. Our large family stayed for a whole week without changing hotels. We'll definitely be back!

A garden hotel true to its name! The front desk even upgraded us to an executive suite for free, which was a pleasant surprise, offering unobstructed views of Erhai Lake and Cangshan Mountain. The hotel might have been open for a while, and personally, I found the interior decor's color palette a bit subdued. The hotel staff and butler service (special thanks to Butler Chu Yi) were excellent; they responded promptly in the WeChat group, and staff members always greeted us warmly. Having stayed at two hotels now, I've noticed that all the service staff in Dali are incredibly welcoming. The only minor drawback was the hotel breakfast area, which felt a bit cramped due to space limitations, possibly because the hotel was fully booked, but this didn't detract from the overall experience. Finally, I drove myself, and parking was very convenient. The hotel is just 200 meters from Cang'er Avenue (turn right), which offers fantastic photo opportunities! Overall, a strong 5-star recommendation!
