Gfrey Hotel（Dali High-speed Railway Station Erhai Park）

The hotel is conveniently located right by the road, about a 20-minute drive from the airport. The room was quite spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also good, and I especially liked the strong water pressure in the shower. However, the bathroom lacks a heater, so it gets cold. The main issue was the air conditioner – there's only one in the room, tucked away in a corner and partially enclosed. It kept turning off automatically after a short while, and I woke up cold twice during the night. Everything else was fine, but the AC was a real nuisance. I wouldn't recommend staying here in winter.

The environment is quite nice, and the room is spacious. The hygiene is well-maintained, and the bathroom has a wet/dry separation, which helps prevent slipping. We also received complimentary fresh fruit upon check-in, and the decor looks very new.

Extremely satisfied with this experience! The facilities are modern and well-maintained, making them very convenient to use. The hygiene standards are high, and the environment is clean and tidy, which made me feel very comfortable. The staff were warm and attentive, responding quickly, which added a lot to the overall experience. Highly recommended!

The curtains were inadequate, too short, and didn't block out the light. There were no curtains in the bathroom area, and the curtains next to the bedroom were neither wide nor long enough to block out the light at night. There were no disposable toothbrushes or other toiletries, and the bath towels were damaged. The hairdryer was malfunctioning due to something inside; it took two calls to the front desk to get it delivered to the room. The shower gel was empty and hadn't been refilled.

The room was spacious and fully equipped, and the cleaning was excellent every day. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and it's very close to Erhai Park. Getting a taxi is also very convenient.
