The front desk staff were very welcoming, the location is excellent, breakfast was abundant, and transportation was convenient. The room was comfortable!

Airport/Train Station Shuttle (book 1 day in advance): It's right near the high-speed train station, just across a skywalk. The hotel is located in the city center, which is very convenient for exploring Xiaguan.

This hotel is fantastic! You can easily walk to Dali Station, and it's right next to Erhai Park, which even has a zoo inside. The facilities are modern and advanced, making it a great choice for travelers. It's really comfortable and relaxing to feel the breeze by Erhai Lake.

The service at Hilton Garden Inn is truly reliable. The front desk staff were very friendly, and check-in was quick and professional. The security guard proactively helped with our luggage and even recommended local restaurants, which was a pleasant surprise. A special five-star shout-out goes to all the restaurant staff; they went above and beyond to cater to guests' needs with such a warm and excellent attitude, making us feel very welcome. The breakfast selection was abundant, and I was especially thrilled to find my beloved Xizhou Baba and roasted milk skin. Two thumbs up!

The hotel kindly upgraded us to a deluxe king room, which we really appreciated! We were on the eleventh floor with great views, and the room itself was very spacious. The only minor drawback was that my mom felt the room was a bit dim, even with all the lights on. The breakfast offered a good variety and was self-service, so it met our needs well. We also really enjoyed the complimentary snacks – thank you for those! The hotel is super close to Dali Station, just a 7-8 minute walk away. During this trip, we visited Weishan, a beautiful and less-known county that was a pleasant surprise. It's about a 20-minute high-speed train ride from Dali, or you can take a coach from Xiaguan, which is only about 3 kilometers from the hotel. So, if you're planning to visit Weishan, this hotel is a great choice. Oh, and the beef hotpot restaurant behind the hotel was quite delicious!

This was an excellent hotel. The premises and room were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was less than a ten minute walk to the train station. The area was walkable with many restaurants close. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is my second time in Dali, and I still chose to stay at the Hampton by Hilton. It's very close to the high-speed train station. During my last visit in the pandemic, the station was all fenced off, but now it's completely open. You just cross the road from the Dali station, which makes getting around super convenient. The breakfast is typical Hilton quality, as always.

We stayed in a family room and our child absolutely loved it. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a washing machine and dryer available. The lobby offers complimentary tea, drinks, and snacks. The staff were warm and attentive, making for a very pleasant experience.

The service was great! They arranged a quiet room for us when we checked in, and when we asked for a disposable razor, it was delivered immediately. They were also flexible with our room cleaning schedule. However, some of the room facilities are a bit dated. The TV doesn't support screen mirroring, which makes it pretty useless, and the hairdryer isn't a high-speed one, so drying my hair took forever. The breakfast was just okay, nothing special. The rice noodles tasted strange, almost like konjac noodles.
