The service at悦湾Villa hotel was incredibly thoughtful. The breakfast was delicious, and the photographer took some beautiful pictures of us. My daughter and I both really enjoyed and were very satisfied with our stay.

I absolutely loved this hotel by Erhai Lake! Although it took us a long time to get there by car due to traffic, it was totally worth it once we arrived. First, let's talk about the service. A butler was waiting at the entrance to help with our luggage and escorted us to our room after check-in, explaining all the smart facilities – super convenient! Afternoon tea and welcome fruits were also quietly waiting on the table and in the fridge. Now for the environment – it's breathtaking! Because of its elevated location, the views are incredible, with Erhai Lake as the perfect backdrop for any photo. There's also a small pool where you can dip your feet and splash around, and with the beautiful sunset as a backdrop, every candid shot turns into a stunning picture. The breakfast the next day was also delicious and beautifully presented! Highly, highly recommend!!

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and I really loved the hotel's style. The butler service was also incredibly thoughtful and meticulous! Plus, the complimentary afternoon tea and travel photography were great touches!

My spouse and I spent seven days and six nights relaxing by Erhai Lake. The first three nights were at Haixi Banshan Guesthouse, and the following three were at Yue Wan Villa, also a Banshan property. It really proves that comparison is the best way to judge; Yue Wan Villa Hotel was the clear winner! From the natural surroundings to the breakfast, the butler service, and the afternoon tea, everything was astonishing. The complimentary evening desserts and free travel photoshoot were even more delightful surprises! It wasn't just the butler, but every single staff member who made us feel like family with their warmth and hospitality. Their responses were prompt, polite, and their reminders timely. Even upon departure, there was a pleasant surprise. The scenery was undoubtedly beautiful, but the attentive and thoughtful service elevated that beauty into a cherished memory that will forever stay with us. A truly wonderful travel experience, highly recommended!

A truly satisfying stay! First off, the location is absolutely fantastic, making it super convenient to get around. Secondly, the service was truly impeccable; everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was clean and tidy. Our stay this time was absolutely fantastic! First off, Wenbancun is incredibly beautiful. The stunning views of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake along the Rainbow Road already amazed me! We had one of the hotel's best rooms, a 270-degree sea view room with balconies on both sides. We could lie in bed and watch the misty Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake. We also witnessed a gorgeous and vibrant sunset over Erhai Lake, and the famous blue hour, capturing so many beautiful photos! The afternoon tea was excellent, and there was even a projector screen covering half a wall with Tencent membership for unlimited viewing! Dinner was delivered to our room, and my daughter and I had a wonderful holiday! My daughter had an upset stomach during the day from eating too many different things, and the butler kindly brought us medicine for free. Then, at past 3 AM, they brought us sugar and salt to make electrolyte water. The next day, when we checked out, they even gave us medicine for the whole day! We're so grateful for the butler's sincere and thoughtful service. This was our best travel accommodation experience ever, and we'll definitely stay here again when we return to Dali!
