Response from Property: Hello, thank you so much for your review. However, I was quite surprised by your comment, as you happily told us you would give us a 5-star review before you left. Regarding your comment about the remote location, I have no choice but to admit that we are located right next to the main road of the Erhai Lake Ring Road in Wenbi Village, Erhai Lake. There is a large, free parking lot downstairs. If you consider it remote, perhaps your country is more developed. We are just a small mountain village on the shore of Erhai Lake in Yunnan. We are just a guesthouse, not a large hotel. However, our service was truly impeccable. We don't usually offer coffee in the morning due to your dietary culture, but in addition to our daily Yunnan-style braised pork bone noodles with fried sauce, we also offer freshly ground soy milk, authentic Yunnan fried chicken mushrooms, corn, sweet potatoes, eggs, pickled vegetables, dumplings, fruits, and vegetables. We even prepare four cups of Yunnan small-grain coffee for you every day. I don't know if it's a cultural difference that caused your behavior to be inconsistent with your reviews. I can't post pictures, otherwise I would definitely post a screenshot of your positive review. We are just a small shop, and because of your negative review, I don't know if others will book our rooms. But if your two-faced behavior affects our small business, I believe God can see it. There's an old saying here: good deeds are rewarded, and evil deeds are punished. I hope you will stop harming others and cultivate good relationships. I will close the channels for receiving foreign guests from now on because I can't make money from this. Fellow countrymen, everyone must stand up for me!
