This hotel is perfectly situated in Shuanglang, right on the waterfront with breathtaking views of Erhai Lake from its terrace. The butler service was incredibly attentive and prompt. They offer afternoon tea, evening sweet soup, and a very well-stocked minibar. We also received complimentary fruit and airport pick-up. Although there was a minor hiccup after check-in, the hotel quickly resolved it, which didn't affect our overall experience. Most importantly, it was very quiet at night, which is crucial for someone like me who has trouble sleeping.

The hotel environment is lovely, and the room was very comfortable! Most importantly, the scenery is absolutely beautiful, and they even offer personalized butler service. We got off at Shuanglang North Gate, and the butler actually came to the North Gate to help us with our luggage and even introduced us to the attractions inside the ancient town. Highly recommend it; we'll definitely be back next time!!!

Akathitya Boutique Hotel really impressed me! The room was spotless and bright. The restaurant food was also excellent with a wide variety of dishes and beautiful presentation. The ambiance was lovely too. What truly stood out was their amazing service; they contacted us in advance to arrange pick-up and drop-off, constantly checked in on our needs, and even helped us with our luggage to the room – truly wonderful, I give them a big thumbs up! I've already recommended it to all my friends and will definitely be back!

A hotel that truly feels like great value for money. This trip to Erhai Lake had no fixed itinerary; I just spontaneously decided to visit Shuanglang. Since I hadn't done any research, I didn't have high expectations for the hotel. To my surprise, checking in was a delightful surprise – both the environment and the room were tasteful and very beautiful. The hotel is located within the ancient town's pedestrian area. The butler contacts guests in advance to arrange transfer services for both guests and their luggage. Upon check-in, the staff patiently explains everything about the hotel and all its amenities.

Shuanglang Arkadia: Heavenly Vacation, Warmed by Butler Service! I absolutely have to give the Arkadia Seaview Resort a five-star rating! Half of the happiness from this trip to Shuanglang came from the beautiful Erhai Lake scenery, and the other half from the butler's attentive service. Even before checking in, we were added to a group chat. The butler proactively shared parking details and even planned a lakeside route based on our schedule, helping us avoid many pitfalls. Upon arrival, they enthusiastically helped with our luggage and patiently explained the room amenities. The Dyson hairdryer and smart toilet were fantastic surprises! Every night, we received a different complimentary sweet soup, and the glutinous rice balls with rice wine were particularly amazing. All the mini-bar drinks were free too. When we wanted to take great photos with the sea as a backdrop, the butler recommended a balcony spot that was perfect. When we asked about local food, they gave us a handwritten list of recommendations. When we checked out, they even helped us book a car to Xizhou. With such warm and thoughtful service, I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shuanglang!
