The hotel is great, the room is spacious, and the cleanliness is excellent. Everything about it is wonderful. I highly, highly recommend it! It's just a few minutes to the high-speed train station. If you're staying in Dali, stay here, not in the old town or a small hotel! Definitely go for a good chain hotel. The Vienna International Hotel has a really nice layout and a good standard. For those with kids, I recommend visiting Luxi Park.

The Vienna International Hotel is such great value for money! Its location in Xiaguan city is super convenient – really close to shops, restaurants, and Erhai Lake. The room was spotlessly clean, right down to the details. The bedding was soft, the 24-hour hot water was consistently reliable, and the air conditioning was so quiet I slept like a baby. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and efficient; check-in was done in a flash. The facilities are new and comprehensive. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Dali!
