Atour Hotels in Dalian

The location is very nice. There are many restaurants and banks, subway stations, and traditional markets. Hotel staffs are kind but they can't speak English or other languages. The room is clean and the toilet, and bathroom are also clean. Especially breakfast is competitive, quality is good for the price(45RMB).

Convenient transportation, right next to Dalian Railway Station, Pavilion Mall nearby, convenient for dining, and you can also take Metro Line 2 and Line 5 The attitudes of the front desk ladies and the cleaning aunt were very good, and they also gave us a fruit plate The room was clean and tidy, I will stay here again next time I come to Dalian

I was so busy traveling these days that I forgot to comment. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was very good, the service attitude was good, they took the initiative to upgrade the room for free, and gave me souvenirs when I left. I felt the full enthusiasm of Dalian, which really touched me. I must give it a five-star rating. By the way, the location of the hotel is also good. It takes only more than ten minutes to get to the square. It's super good 👍

Hygiene: Clean and tidy, no odor, and the bedding is all new. Environment: The pillows and mattresses of Atour are signature, and it is very comfortable to sleep. The indoor temperature is high in winter, and you even need to turn on the cold air. The shower facilities are amazing! The shower area is large and the water pressure is sufficient, which can wash away all the fatigue. Service: The service staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, polite, and they also reply to the handwritten suggestions carefully, with warm service.

Stayed here 09 nights in total, after multiple extensions. Room 207. 1. The hotel is located right smack in the middle of action. There was a street food next door, with McD, Pizza Hut and KFC all within 05 mins of walking. There was a mall with a Walmart hypermarket at the underground level nearby. It is convenient for those who stayed more than a few nights and needed to provision for work in Dalian. 2. There is a university nearby, plus a hill overlooking the Dalian city which you can conveniently walk/jog up to in the morning/evening. 3, The room is sufficiently well spaced, the bed and pillows are comfy, the lights are decently illuminant, the shower water pressure strong and the temperature hot when you need it ; the room is well decorated, there is enough work space on the table, there is a fridge ; the basin, the toilet bowl, and the shower room are independent of each other. In other words, a well thought out room layout. The lighting control is well calibrated, the central air conditioning is quiet, there is a special pop-out plug points on the table for laptops and phone charging. 4. The breakfast is good, a bit of every kind, mainly Chinese dish but some Western oriented salad style vege/fruits for those who need it. Milk is available (not something to be taken for granted in China as milk is not commonly available) 5. There is a free laundry room for use, the detergent and softener are provided free-of-charge ; iron and iron board is available as well. 6. The hotel service is tightly run by its Manager who ensure the staff are always tending as soon as possible to the customers. Positives. Easy check-in. Clean room. No added extras that I didn't need. Firm, but comfortable bed. Negatives. I couldn't operate the T.V remote. The air-conditioning only blows hot air. And there's no stores nearby. (Only a KFC and Chinese fresh food market 5 minutes walk away) But: The room lighting was nice. And thankyou, thankyou, thankyou. They put power outlets beside the bed, and provided static charging pads for your phone. I've never seen this before, even in 5 star hotels. It was so convenient to actually be able to plug my computer in, and not have to carry power boards and USB cables for phone charging. Great idea, and very convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. No real complaints. Oh, and not a bad breakfast. Well done to the cooks for trying to provide Western food along with the standard Chinese breakfast. The hotel is very comfortable, convenient and well-equipped. The butler service of Miss Guanggen is very considerate. She provides water, fruit, ear plugs and steam eye mask. Her attitude is kind and generous. The considerate service makes my mother and I feel sincere and warm. We will continue to choose here next time.

Very delicious! The overall feeling of Atour: clean! Comfortable! Intimate! When traveling, as long as Atour has a suitable room type, it must be the first choice if you give up the five-star hotel! Traveling is tiring, sleep well! Eating well is very important!

The room is still very good. 4 bottles of water are provided every day. There are also a lot of hangers and pillows. But the only drawback is that the sound insulation is not very good. You can hear the noise from the neighbors. 🥹🥹🥹 Environment: Very good

The room is spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy. After a busy day at work, I can really feel good when I return to the hotel Rest and relax. There is a laundry room attached on the first floor. If you are busy, you can ask the front desk to take care of you and help you dry clothes. It is unreasonable not to give five-star praise. The location of the hotel is close to Dalian North Railway Station, and the transportation is quite convenient. Shopping and eating may be a bit far away, but with the takeaway platform in hand, there is everything you want to eat, and there are robots to help deliver meals. I recommend you to give priority to it.
