The hotel's location is excellent, right by Xinghai Square, close to the beach platform and entertainment venues, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The customer service staff are polite and quickly answer questions, making it a good choice for tourists. However, the hotel is old and the facilities are dated.

The room was bright with an expansive view, perfect for enjoying the light show from inside. The breakfast offered a rich variety, and the surrounding area had excellent attractions, dining, and amenities. Plus, the hotel is incredibly convenient, just 50 meters from the beach!

The sea view at Grand Hyatt Dalian is definitely the best in the city, situated right on Xinghai Square, with the beach just a short walk downstairs. The fan-shaped layout ensures almost every room has a sea view, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the Xinghai Bay Bridge. The evening lights create a fantastic atmosphere. The heated pool offers great views, allowing you to enjoy the seascape even while swimming. The 'Chef's Table' buffet has a rich variety, especially with a good selection of seafood and desserts. The overall service was proper, and check-in efficiency was acceptable. The only minor drawbacks are that the hotel has been open for many years, so some facilities show a bit of age, and during peak season, breakfast can get crowded, requiring a wait for a table. If you're coming to Dalian and want to experience the city's premier sea view, the Grand Hyatt remains an excellent choice. You can enjoy the entire bay from the comfort of your bed, making for a very pleasant vacation experience.

The Grand Hyatt Dalian's Grand Club Sea View Room offers an excellent stay experience, directly facing the Xinghaiwan Bridge with an absolutely stunning view. A big thanks to Nicole for her meticulous and thoughtful service; she was always prompt in addressing any requests. The Grand Club benefits are extensive, and the location is very convenient. It's definitely a worthwhile choice for a trip to Dalian.

The Grand Hyatt Dalian boasts an excellent location, right next to Xinghai Square. The staff provides warm and attentive service. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and the Grand Club Lounge has a beautiful ambiance. Parking is convenient for those driving, making it an ideal choice for family trips and a top pick for a vacation in Dalian.

The sea view room was unbeatable, it's the most expensive hotel in the area. However, the sofa had stains, and the toothbrush bristles were splayed. The room wasn't cleaned from check-in at 5 PM on the first day until 4 PM on the second day. As a tea lover, two bottles of water in the room weren't enough. I called housekeeping twice, and it took an hour for the water to be delivered. The staff member didn't say a word or smile from knocking on the door to opening it and then leaving. Overall, the experience was very mediocre!

The hotel's location is excellent; the sea is right outside the door, and you can enjoy ocean views from the upper floors. The facilities are relatively new, and the service, for Dalian, is quite good. Breakfast is also nice, and the overall environment is very pleasant.

Great location with beautiful views, but the hotel is a bit old and the cleanliness didn't meet my expectations. I was going to switch hotels, but they offered a room upgrade, so I decided to just stick with it. The cleaning lady was super nice and the service was excellent.

Due to the high foot traffic and quick room turnover, the cleanliness needs improvement, and the facilities are a bit dated. However, the service is excellent. From the hotel hallway, you can see the Xinghai Square light show and musical fountain, and the room offers a fantastic sea view. The breakfast selection is also extensive.
