Room very clean, true to pictures shown. Breakfast is mainly Chinese, very limited international selection. The complimentary coffee machine and snacks at reception are really nice when we return from outings. Only thing is entrance is not at road but must go behind a walkway, but location easy to access subway. Lots of things to eat nearby. Hotel staff adequate service.

It's very convenient to come to Malaysia and it's very close to the subway. The hotel is very clean, the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. I haven't stayed in Hanting for a long time. I don't know if it has become so user-friendly now. The TV is large and can be projected. The only drawback is that it is hard to find, the main entrance is on the back side of the main road. Hygiene: The newly opened hotel has excellent sanitation
Service: Every service staff is very considerate, from the front desk to the cleaning staff, they are all very heartwarming. The elevator was broken and the takeaway was delivered to the room by the service staff.
Facilities: The elevator was broken when we arrived, and there was a little water seepage in the room, but it was fixed.
The only drawback is that it's a little hard to find the door, you can follow the sign. But the geographical location is superb, next to the big business
